Tsukishima:

Yamaguchi's lips fit perfectly with his like a puzzle, and his warmth was comforting. Tsukishima never thought something like this would ever happen, but it was Yamaguchi's last day. He had to seize the moment before he decided against making a move. He had already thought about it enough for too long. Tsukishima had been questioning for a while as well, but something about today bought them closer than ever.

As he held Yamaguchi close to his body, his mind focused only on the two of them, he wondered why he couldn't bring himself to kiss Yamaguchi before. After one gentle kiss, the two continued- which at first, it was a little awkward, but soon they found their rhythm.

Tsukishima had never kissed anyone before. He had always looked towards Yamaguchi, never showing interest towards anyone else. In fact, Tsukishima was pretty sure he didn't even like girls.

He he knew Yamaguchi had kissed once. He remembered back in third year in Karasuno, Yachi had kissed Yamaguchi. He had rejected her, and the two simply went back to being good friends.

He could have kissed Yamaguchi for the whole day.

Except for the fact that someone rung their apartment doorbell.

Yamaguchi pulled away first, his eyes wide as he looked towards the door. Tsukishima tried to hide the disappointment in his face, but he was pretty sure he ended up scowling because Yamaguchi took his hand and smiled at him.

"It's okay, Tsukki. I'm sure whoever it is, it'll be quick," he said, and he quickly kissed Tsukishima one more time before hurrying towards the door. Tsukishima felt butterflies fly in his stomach, and he quickly glared at the floor, hoping there wasn't a blush on his face.

Yamaguchi opened the door, and without warning, Hinata Shoyo jumped onto Yamaguchi, engulfing him in a hug. Behind him stood Kageyama and Yachi, looking slightly exhausted, but relieved.

"How the hell-" Tsukishima began.

"How could you guys leave us?!" cried Hinata, pulling back. "We were worried sick! God, how could you just go without saying goodbye when it's your last... day?"

Yamaguchi and Tsukishima shared a look with each other.

"How did you know it's my last day?" asked Yamaguchi, his eyebrows furrowing.

Kageyama fished in his pocket and pulled out his phone. He tapped a few buttons and thrusted out the screen at the two boys. It was an online news article of Tsukishima and Yamaguchi standing in front of the hospital Yamaguchi's dad stayed in. They were sitting on the curb, and police were hauling a criminal into the car besides them.

In big, black letters, the text read: MAN ATTEMPTS TO STEAL GLYTHERON FROM THE BLOOD OF A PATIENT ON HIS LAST DAY.

'37-year-old Shi Satsujin has recently just been arrested at the Tokyo Hospital. He is known for going around the cities of Japan, seeking for Glytheron, a medicine to keep a person alive for one more day. Satsujin was unable to afford Glytheron for his wife, and she died a very unfortunate death. His daughter committed sucided after his wife's death, and Satsujin was droven mad. His insanity caused him to go after those who have Glytheron.

Tonight, his victim was a young adult by the name of Tadashi Yamaguchi. Yamaguchi is a patient in the Sendai City Hospital. Under the influence of Glytheron, Yamaguchi is currently experiencing the last day of his life, and it is unforunate for him to have to come across Satsujin. Tadashi Yamaguchi has no comment on what he plans to do on his last day, but he was seen with a blonde haired boy.'

Kageyama put the phone away back in his pocket.

"Hinata read it when we were in Karasuno," explained Yachi. "He told all of us after you left."

"I'm sorry I didn't want you to leave," muttered Hinata, looking down at the floor. "I just couldn't bear to..."

Yamaguchi smiled sadly and draped an arm around Hinata's shoulder. "It's okay. I'm the one who should be sorry. I didn't think I could face you and say any more goodbyes. It hurt to much to think about."

"But just leaving us like that... god, we're your friends, Yamaguchi!"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Yamaguchi raised his hands in surrender.

"Hey- how did you guys even find us?" Tsukishima asked, stepping forward. He placed his hand on the small of Yamaguchi's back, hoping to comfort him.

"Oh, don't worry, we didn't stalk you or anything!" giggled Yachi, and when Tsukishima raised an eyebrow, she shook her head rapidly. "Seriously, we didn't. We got a few hours of rest, and then Hinata suggested we look for you. Only place we could think of was your apartment. We were so worried we got the address wrong because it's been a while. Oh, can you imagine how embarssing that would be if we just showed up and it was the wrong person!"

Yachi groaned as if the two boys were the wrong people, and Kageyama squinted at her as if to ask are you okay?

Hinata beamed, then slapped Tsukishima and Yamguchi hard on the back. Tsukishima practically stumbled forward a few steps, and he resisted the urge to kick Hinata across the room.

"Come on!" Hinata said brightly as if it wasn't 5:00 in the morning. "Now that we're all here, let's go have some fun!"
