You and Blue have agreed to meet up at a library for today's date. To your surprise, he isn't here. You shrug it off and play a game to yourself to pass time.

The bell rings and you look at the door. You run up to Blue and give a hug. He reciprocates and whispers in your ear. "Sorry I'm late."

"It's okay. You're well-dressed as ever!" You brush a stray loose hair out of his face.

He smiles. You notice a light blush on his cheeks.

You chose the library that causally has a tiny restaurant inside it. You show him the spot. "See, that's what I told you about. We'll eat here later."

He observes the little details in the posts and design. He's probably guessing the exact architectural inspiration or is in awe of its beauty. Maybe both.

He looks at you and you take his hand to show him around the library.

You and Blue read The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. You help him out as you notice he misses a few sentences or misread what that line meant. You read it back at him. He appreciates you for being patient with him.

He tells you it's lunch now. You blush in realizing you lost track of time and thank him. You note the page you both stopped on and head to the mini restaurant. Both of you pick your own meals and pay together.

The order has arrived and the waiter left. You make the first move in holding hands. He accepts.

"You like the date so far?"

"Yeah. This is a nice library, how do you know this place?"

You give Blue a grandiose infodump when you were still in college, you stumbled upon this place when you were hungry. It was a cold rainy night. You enter through the restaurant and ate there. You stay there and collected your thoughts just to find out you're behind reading books in one of your classes. It was only then when you took a good look at where you were at that you're also in a library. You finish your reading there and went back to your dorm at 4 in the freaking morning. Safe to say, you had a headache.

You whisper. "It's not the best library I've been to, but this is decently priced and placed. Plus, the mini restaurant is everything."

You then blather about all the wacky experiences you had in this library and you suggest you want something to happen to you and him in this exact place too.

He nods. He finishes his meal ahead of you. Since you're not finished, he regales you with a tale of him joining his professor to a party. Not much happened, just him getting along with his old professor, talking to people, seeing familiar faces, gushing about the architecture, and he gets a job offer. He refuses because he already has one.

You finish your meal and both of you made progress in reading The Little Prince. In fact, the two of you are done reading. Both of you discuss some story bits before being still.

There's time left to spend but for now the two of you sit in silence holding hands. Not awkward, just comfortable. Both of you take in the scenery in your own little ways as you ease yourself in.

You have an idea.

You show him a secret staircase leading to the top of the building. The hum from the nearby vents was deafening. The sounds soften when you show him the spot to see the view this place has to offer.

The sky compliments the city view like an odd pair. His eyes widen and grins ear to ear. "This is great! Is this why you saved this for last?"

You chime in. "Yes! I'd knew you'd love it."

A gust of wind rushes by and ruins your hairdo. You fix his hair but no avail the wind has tussled and turned it into a mess. He tries to fix yours and also fails.

The failed hair fixing has turned into a tickle fight. Laughter fills the air and lightning courses through yours and his veins. Minutes later, you call it a draw as since both hit each other's weak spots.

The wind isn't violent now so you take advantage to finally fix his hair and he does the same.

He leans on you. You face him. You take the luxury of staring deep in his dark blue eyes. Both of you hold each other close. A feeling of warmth radiates.

The two of you share a long soft kiss. A light breeze highlights this moment as you feel your own hair tickle your neck.

The kiss ends but you don't want it to. You have a hunch he feels the exact same way.

The two of you exit the library through the mini restaurant and bid each other goodbye. You pull him in for another kiss, much shorter and much more intense.

You find yourself standing still with an intense blush. He's doing the same. You blush even more, feeling sorry that you put him through this. Anxiety bubbles in your chest. Did he not like it? Did I went too far? Did I do it wrong? Was that too much?

You're pulled away from your thoughts when he takes your hands.

"If you wanted another kiss, you could've told me."

You scream in your head. Your blush intensifies. You hug him tight taking him by surprise yet again.

"Keeping that in mind. But also, your face told me you wanted another one too."

"F-fair. I was thinking how long we kissed earlier."

Hearing the little stutter makes your heart flutter. You let go of him and say goodbye for real this time.

The two of you split ways with head full of thoughts staring mindlessly at the sky.
