Curfew

Cynthia ran around on the beach with Liv at dark, Liv giggling as Cynthia tackled her down.

"There's sand in my ear", Liv shouted as she giggled. "We'll get it out" said Cynthia as she climbed off of Liv.
Olivia looked at Cynthia.."Does this make up for the lie you've been keeping..?". Cynthia frowned. "You really think I'm breaking my curfew just to fix a lie I've been keeping?"

"Yes, yes I do." Olivia said as she nodded her head
"So much for having faith in me.." Cynthia stood up as she dusted off the sand from her pants.

"Well. I can't have trust with somebody who breaks most of the rules after we made rule 40.." Olivia sat up.
Cynthia walked back to the car and slammed the door. Liv knew she messed up..Cyn slamming the Rx7 doors? Not like her.

Liv got in the car and sat quietly on the drive home.

"You know..as much as you piss me off, I still love you." Cynthia said as she looked over at Liv sleeping.

Cynthia knowing Liv's house was locked, and Liv doesn't carry a key..she had to take her home. The fear of bringing her best friend home haunted her the drive home. Bringing Olivia home was the least of Cynthia's worries..

Cynthia's mind raced with thoughts. "What if..she finds out what I've been hiding.."

So many "What if's" ran through her mind.

Cynthia began to brush it off while speaking to herself.
"It'll be okay.." She shook out her arms. The thought of Liv finding out the secret suddenly went away..maybe it's not as bad as it seem.
