Summary of this chapter: The pillars( a certain white headed and black headed one) are obviously tired of Tomioka's attitude, so they've been assigned to accompany him and make him more vocal.

Giyu Tomioka. Also known as, The water pillar, was known to be a very lonely person. Most of the pillars describe him as 'gloomy'. He was almost always alone.

There was a meeting, arriving there with his fellow work mates.

After the meeting had ended, Kocho Shinobu, known as the insect Hashira, approached him.

"Tomioka san, Tomioka san!" She walked towards the young male, poking him as she smiles.

"Kocho...what're you doing..?"

Shinobu smiled as he replied at her approach, as she had stopped poking him, aware of the fact that both she and Tomioka were being watched by her fellow Hashira's.

"Ara Tomioka san, how come you didn't answer me the first time I called you" Shinobu looked up at the blue haired male as she saw a confused and conflicted look on his face.

"I suppose...I didn't hear you. I have to get going now."

Tomioka turned away from getting ready to leave before Shinobu called out to him again.

"But you can't leave Tomioka san, we still have to discuss the plan on how to be stronger, in order to take—."

"I have better things to do. If you'll excuse me, I'll be on my way now."

Shinobu watched as he walked away, feeling a certain way. She smiled, as a vain popped up on her head. She's going to lose her mind one day, due to that attitude of his. She just knows it.

One of her colleagues walked up to her, Kanroji Mitsuri, known as the love Hashira and her kind nature, slowly opened her mouth to talk.

"Kocho san...don't you think you were being a little harsh on Tomioka san..?"

Shinobou smiled back at the Hashira, and shook her head.

"Not at all, Kanroji san" she clapped her hands together, smiling. She looks mad. Kanroji thought as she stared at the short female.

"Just forget it, Kocho. There's no point into talking to an arrogant prick like Tomioka. It's clear he's not going to listen." Shinazugawa had spoken, obviously angered at the whole interaction he witnessed, along with the other pillars, at the insect and water Hashira.

"Shinazugawa, please do not speak ill about our comrade. We must learn to respect him...no matter how he acts." Gyomei had called Shinazugawa out, obviously Tomioka!: attitude isn't...exactly the best. He agreed with the other Hashira's about how gloomy the water Hashira was, but it's not as if they couldn't be fixed, right?

Sanemi had silently apolgized, receiving a smug look from Tengen who was(probably) the only one who had heard that.

"Isn't there a way to help Tomioka san before more..vocal.?" The love Hashira spoke. Don't get her wrong, she adored Tomioka. Everything about him, she found adorable..but..it was upsetting to hear her colleagues speak illy about him, and Tomioka not doing anything about it. Especially Shinazugawa and Iguro. They especially, were the meanest.  (If she was being honest )

They all stayed silent after her speech. Help Tomioka be some social?? Would that even be possible? After noticing the awkward silence, Rengoku spoke.

"I must say, I agree with Kanroji! I believe it would be super helpful of us to help Tomioka with his speaking skills! Not only that, it would benefit him as well! What a wonderful idea!!" The flame Hashira seemed optimistic, as he smiled brightly, giving compliments to Kanroji for her idea. Both love and flame Hashira smiled at each other, as the others look at the dumbfounded.
