Ara's Pov:
"Hello" the teacher welcomed us in. I shivered seeing his whole friend group there and six other girls.
The room was big white room with black accents, grey wood floor and a full mirror wall.
"Go ahead and sit down on the floor guys" the teacher said. I went and sat down next to a girl that I didn't know but at least it was away from the guys.
"Well let's begin since today is the first day I will just allow you guys to introduce yourselves and then I'll explain what we will be doing in this class" The teacher began
Everyone started introducing themselves until it was my turn.
"Hi I'm Ara nice to meet you" I said and quickly sat down
"Don't be shy sweetheart in this classroom you can be yourself freely okay" The teacher said with a smile and I gave her a nod and small smile back.
When the class was over I was so relieved so I headed out of the school. I had to be home before my father got home from work or he'd be mad again.
I looked down at my phone to check the time.
"3:15 I have 45 minutes to get home"said to myself and started walking back home.
I felt my phone ringing and I saw that it was Lara.

Lara: "Hey bestie! Done with school yet?"
Ara: "yeah just got out"
Lara: "so how was it?
Ara: "it was alright but I'm going to the office tomorrow to see if I can change those classes"
Lara: "nooo don't do that! You need to start getting out of your comfort zone"
Ara: "no thank you could you image the hell I would go through if someone found out"
Lara: "yes I know but still- Ara someone is calling you"
Ara: "who?"
Lara: "idk some guy behind you"
I turned to see Jungwon walking towards me with six more guys.
Ara: "oh god no"
Lara: "haha go talk to them"
Ara: "no I don't have time"
Lara: "yes you do byee"
Ara: "No Lar-"

Jungwon's Pov:
"Hey" we all said
"Hi" she said and started walking
"You want to hang out with you?" I asked
"No I can't" She said and continued walking
"Why?" I asked
"Don't have time" She said not even looking back at us
"Come on please just five minutes" I said
"Fine, what do you want" she said turning around to look at us
"Let's be friends okay?" I said
"I told you I don't make friends" she said looking down at her phone to check the time
"Come on please I won't stop bothering you until we become friends" I said and looked at her
"Okay" she said rolling her eyes
"Okay give me your number so that we can text" I said and smiled and gave her my phone and she typed in her number. She gave me a nod and sarcastic smile handing my phone back and walking away.
"You better answer" I said and she just waved her hand without even looking back.
"She's nice" I said walking back over to the guys who were waiting for me.
"Yeah sure" Heesung said laughing
"She looked like she was annoyed" Niki said still watching the girl who had started running.
"Maybe she really didn't have time" Jake said
"Why?" I asked
"Look she's running" Sunoo pointed
"Oh yeah she probably was" I said I felt bad hopefully she doesn't get into trouble
Ara's Pov:
I started running home I only had 20 minutes to get home my dad was going to kill me for sure this time.
I reached the gave and panicked when I saw his car in the drive way. I took a deep breath and started walking up the driveway. I opened the front door and my father immediately questioned me.
"Why the hell were you not home when I got here?!" He whispered in an angry tone
"Sorry since it's the first day of school it takes a little longer" I said hoping he would believe me and I saw a man coming our way
"Sweetheart go and greet my new friend, he just moved here a few days ago" he said with a smile which surprised me
"Hello sir" I said and bowed
"Hello" he said and gave a light bow
"He's going to have dinner here and then I'm going to show him around town so don't expect me to be home until late" my father said and I nodded and walked to the kitchen to see my mother preparing dinner.
"He's being nice" I whispered to her
"Yeah he's making a good impression" my mother said and smiled at me
"Ara why don't you go freshen up before dinner" my father said entering the kitchen and I nodded and headed upstairs to my room.
'Oh thank god there was a guest' I thought as I leaned against my bedroom door dropping my bag on the floor

We had dinner and then my father left with his friend. I was relieved that there was no yelling this time. I helped my mother with the dishes and then left to my room.
I unplugged my phone and texted Lara.

Lara: "you're welcome lol anyways who are they?"
Ara: "I honestly don't know they're just some new guys at school, I heard someone say that they were celebrities"
Lara: "omo! Really! What are their names?"
Ara: "hmm I think it was Jungwon, Niki, Jay and I forgot the rest"
Lara: "ARA ITS ENHYPEN WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!"
Ara: "who?!"
Lara: "ugh see this is why I tell you to stop listening to your 20 songs on repeat"
Lara: "They're a new K-pop band"
Ara: "okay"
Lara: " "okay"?!?" Ara your friends with a k-pop group!"
Ara: " I don't think they're all that, I honestly find the annoying"
Lara: "you are definitely not okay"
Ara: "yeah yeah sure"
Lara: "okay I got to go my mom is calling me"
Ara: "okay bye"

Ara: "math"
Jungwon: "I hate math"
Ara: "why?"
Jungwon: "idk it's just difficult"
Ara: "It's not you just have to pay attention
