Lunar's POV
The second day of school. Yesterday was their first and it went a way Lunar really never expected. She woke up and got ready for school. She went downstairs to the kitchen to make waffles for everyone. She just opened the box and put the frozen waffles in the oven. While she waited for them she grabbed her phone from her pocket and opened it. She saw a message from someone and found out it was her friend. Her fake friend.

What the fuck do you want?
Do you want to steal
my money like the last time?

Why is she going here. This is stupid. I can't look at her in the eye. She stole my parents money, stole my diary when I was in middle school, and did horrible things to me. I can't let Minx see her either way.
Lunar's phone was vibrating. Minx was calling her. She picked up.
"Hey Minx."
"Hey Lunar. I just need to ask you. Have you heard of a new-"
"New student? Yeah she's my ex best friend."
"Really? What did she do to you?"
"Stole money, stole diary, and did shitty things to me."
"Damn what a asshole."
"Mhm. Minx. Is it fine that I stick with you the whole day? I don't want my ex friend to see me with my siblings... She also stole their things too. I don't want them to lose things again."
"I- I.. Sure. I like company."
"Oh thanks Minx. See you at class I guess."
"Bye Lunar!"
"Bye Minx."
Both hang up at the same time. Lunar heard the beep sound of the oven. She took out the waffles and spread some syrup on them. She placed one on the five plates on the kitchen counter top.
