It was 5am on a Sunday morning, I woke up and did my morning routine and did some last minute packing.

My parents had a job thing that was happening in L.A. that they really had to go to, they did ask if I wanted to go and ofc I said yes.

(a/n: I mean who would say no to going to L.A?")

I zipped my suitcase and mini bag up and walked downstairs.

"I'm all ready mom"

"Ok hun ur dad is outside putting bags in the car go on out and put urs in"

"Oki"

I walk outside and put my suitcase in the trunk and threw my mini bag in the backseat where I will be sitting.

I saw my mom walk out of the house and we all left to the airport.

-time skip to when u arrive in L.A.-

Flight wasn't bad but it took so long to get here, my parents job had a house they paid for that we can stay at for a few months so we arrived there and unpacked.

I went upstairs to my room, it wasn't big but it also wasn't small.

Bed,dresser, closest everything was already there and all I needed to do was unpack my clothes.

-time skip to when u go to the skatepark-

I arrived at the nearest skatepark, I skated for awhile till I saw a group of kids around my age talking and on their phones.

I skated over there and greeted myself.

"Hi"

"Oh hey"

"I'm y/n and I saw u guys when I was skating and u seemed super chill and cool and wanted to say hi"

"I'm Liza, nice to meet you y/n! That's Jett, Saul, Eamon, and vinnie"

She says pointing to who's who

I wave at them and say hi

"Are u new to L.A? Haven't seen u at the skatepark before"

"Ya my parents are here for there job so I came along with them"

"Fun fun, would u like to hangout with us?"

I nod and smile and join in there conversations.

I kept staring at vinnie a lot and some times he would look back at me

Am I already getting a crush?

On the first day here at L.A. I already have a crush

I zone back in from my thoughts and continue talking to them.

"So y/n where are u from?"

Jett ask sitting next to you

"Nyc"

"Wow I visited there once it's amazing"

"Ya expect for the weather it's horrible"

"Ik the day I visited it was pouring rain"
