Midoriya continued to look at the gorgeous woman in front of him. She had long white and red hair. She had one blue eye and one gray eye. She also had a scar on one of her eyes, now that must have hurt. To Midoriya's eye, she looked almost like a princess or maybe an angel, or maybe the princess of the angels!
"Look alive, lover boy." Midoriya then shook his head and looked over at the voice. Oh yeah, Bakugo was right next to him. "Our teacher finally decided to join us. And might I add that she's five minutes late?"
Midoriya turned his head to see the pro actor Nemuri Kayama or better known for her role as Midnight. Midoriya started to fanboy over how his teacher was going to be such an amazing and famous actor.
Nemuri Kayama walked toward the stage. "Sorry I'm late everyone, but an actor or actress must always make a big entrance to their crowd. Now I'm sure you all know me, but if you don't then let me introduce myself. I'm Nemuri Kayama, but you will refer to me as Ms. Midnight." The class nodded their heads. "Now for today, we will get to know one another. Find a classmate and get to know them for the day."
"Ms. Midnight, why are two classes combined with one another?" Someone asked.
Midoriya turned his head in the direction of the voice, it was the girl he was creepily-, I mean casually looking at a while ago. Not only did she have good looks but she also had a very soothing voice.
Ms. Midnight smiled. "I'm glad that someone noticed. This class is special, every five years the Theater class combines two classes into one big class. So, I hope to see great things from this class since it's two in one deal. Now go find a partner for today!"
With that, kids started to look around to find a partner. Midoriya slowly made his way toward the girl he had his eyes set on. He didn't know why he was walking towards her, but his feet just started moving on their own. Once he got close to her he tapped her shoulder to get her attention. She looks back at Midoriya, he definitely caught her attention now.
"Can I help you or something?" The girl asked tilting her head.
"M-my name is I-Izuku Midoriya a-and I was w-wondering if you w-wanted to be my p-partner for t-today." Midoriya asked, scratching the back of his neck. He was starting to sweat due to how nervous he felt. The girl was just a bit taller than him but in Midoriya's eyes, she was a giant compared to him. He silently cursed himself, he was looking like a complete loser to her.
"Sure I'll be glad to be your partner. No one else seems to want to be my partner anyways, they're all scared of me, I think?" She looked around seeing everyone avoiding her, Midoriya also noticed, and he wondered why. "Oh and by the way my name is Shoka Todoroki."
'Shoka Todoroki, even her name is cute. Why does everything about this girl have to be so cute? Wait... TODOROKI!?'
It then hit Midoriya. "You're the daughter of the second known actor in the whole entire world, Enji Todoroki who plays Endeavor! I've heard that at the young age of three, you started auditioning for roles in all kinds of plays and movies. And at the age of fourteen, you started model shoots for clothes."
Shoka looked at Midoriya surprised, a small blush on her face. "I... don't know whether I should be glad or scared that you know so much. You're an intriguing guy, Izuku Midoriya. But yes everything you said is correct and accurate. Although I wish I never was that bastard's daughter." Midoriya widened his eyes at what Shoka said. "He ruined my life, this scar on my eye was because I messed up on a line when I was younger. He only sees potential in me to become the number one actor ever. That's the only thing he seems to care about. Not even caring about his own family."
"At least you have a parent to be there with you along the ride." Midoriya whispered to himself unbeknownst that Todoroki heard him.
"What was that?" Todoroki asked, acting dumb when really she knew what he had said.
"O-oh, it was nothing. Just me talking to myself as always." Midoriya said as he looked away from Todoroki.
"You know I heard you, right? There's no point in trying to lie to me when I'm right next to you." Shoka then sighed as she looked up at Midoriya. "Look, I'm... sorry about your whole parent ordeal."
Midoriya looked at Todoroki and smiled. "Don't be, you didn't know. My parents died when I was young but they always threw little performances for me, that's why I'm here, to continue my parent's legacy. But there was something my parents told me to never forget, you know what they told me?"
Shoka tilted her head. "I don't know, don't mess up on your lines. Don't trip on your own feet in the middle of a performance. The show must go on even if you make a mistake?"
Midoriya shook his head and then smiled at Shoka. "Nope, it was that when you become a performer you don't perform for yourself but for the people watching. Seeing them smile and laugh that's what becoming a true performer is all about. It's not about being number one, it's about making the crowd enjoy the show. But most importantly you become the performer that you want to be."
Todoroki looks at Midoriya, and a small smile appears on her face. "Thank you for those words Midoriya. You've opened my eyes today. I have a lot to think about, now that I know that I can be the performer that I truly want to be!"
For a split second, Todoroki could feel herself heating up. She had guessed it was due to it being hot in the room.
Midoriya felt his heart stop for a split second. Todoroki's smile just made her even cuter. Midoriya was sure he was going to die from this illegal girl that was too cute for even herself.
RRRRIIIINNNNGGGG
The school bell saved him from dying due to Todoroki being a goddess. "It was nice talking to you today, Todoroki. Hope to see you tomorrow." Midoriya said, waving to Todoroki.
"Same to you Midoriya. I'll take what you told me today to heart. I'll talk to you tomorrow, bye." As Shoka waved and walked away.
'What is this feeling? Do I like Todoroki? No there's no way, I barely even know her. Plus it's only the first day. I can't get my hopes high after all. Why would she want to be with someone like me? Just a nerdy outcast that people only see as a way to help them with a test.'
Midoriya was so deep in his thoughts that he didn't even hear Uraraka or Bakugo calling out to him. He walked out of the room and started to head to his locker.
Once arriving back at his locker Midoriya unlocked his locker to see... a letter in it? He unwraps the letter and starts to read it. While Midoriya was reading the letter he couldn't believe what he was reading right now, his eyes were bulging out of their sockets. The letter said, 'Hey I saw you today, I just wanted to say I really like you and I want to get to know you better. Meet me during lunch tomorrow, just you and me.'
"Midoriya come on let's go!" Midoriya looked up to see Uraraka yelling at him while waving her hands. While Bakugo was behind her, Midoriya nodded his head and started walking his way home with his friends. But all while the walk he only had one thing in mind.
'Who wrote this letter? And why would they want to talk to me of all people? Something seems odd, and it's only the first day of school. This is going to be a long year. I can already feel it.'
Preview: After helping Todoroki with her problem and seeing that note Midoriya feels worried. On his way to meet the person who wrote the number during lunch, the girls have an important conversation at hand.
