Izuku you being a quirk geek show he's analysis book to Neito for how he can improve his copy quirk Neito was shock and speechless he read it top to bottom for how to improve his quirk to it's maximum then they trained until summer break ends he can now copy 5 quirks and his time limit is now 10 mins
