A normal day in the R house or so I thought......
I woke up (more like was forced awake by my dog Spike). Whenever I don't wake up like I'm supposed to my Nan,Anne, sends our chihuahua,Spike, to "wake" me up. Someone knocked on the door of my room. "Come in!", I called. It was my older brother, Luke,. " Nan say to come down to eat breakfast before it gets cold, you over slept." He said. "Mkay" I reply. I sit in my bed for 3 minutes before I get up. Spike follows closely behind me. I walk down the hall and start to smell blueberry pancakes and bacon my favorite! "Oh there you are dear I was going to give your bacon to your brother." My mum says to me. "NO NOT MY BACON!!" I yell while running towards the table. "Honey your 13 you need to stop freaking out over food." My mum says to me "I will never be to old to freak out over food even bacon" I mumble to myself. I finish breakfast ( I LOVE BACON) I go check the post I walk over to the door to see what it is. Bills, bills, and bil-. Something catches my eye. A letter for ....me I never get anything from anyone mainly because I don't have any friends because I'm always getting in trouble for not being smart in anything or I don't have the highest marks , so this surprised me. The letter said:
To Elizabeth R, Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry
"Hogwarts?" I thought to myself. "What do we have today?" Luke asked in a radio talk show voice. I giggled. "Um bills and a letter for me saying something about Hogwarts which is a school." I reply. Nan giggles into her porage. I don't think anything of it. Its starts to rain. I sit on the stool in the kitchen. I open the letter and the letter states:
Dear Mrs. R I'm here to inform you that you have been accepted into Hogwarts. You must send your owl no later than August 31st.

Headmaster Dumbledore
"What?!" I think out loud. "What?" Luke says with a concerned look on his face. Since I don't have a dad Luke is the fatherly figure in my life. "Dear I think it's time you know." My Nan says "Know what?" I ask "Well dear um..you're a wizard.
