Chapter 1- getting things straightened out.

Hi, my names Lucy. Well.. What a rough life i have had. At the age of 5 my parents died in a fire. I didn't have any brothers or sisters so when my parents died, i wanted to. Mom didn't have any family, her mom died when she was young too. My dad did, my grandma Kathy and my auntie Michelle. My grandma lived in a care home so i couldn't go to live with her in London. Therefore i had to move to Australia with my auntie Michelle. When i lived in Australia i didn't get much of an education because since my parents died i was quiet, and i pushed everyone who meant something away from me. I was kicked out of my school, and i never really spoke to anyone. My auntie had no choice but to take me back to Manchester, there she put me into foster care at the age of 10. From the age of 10-16 I was in foster care, I was quite strange, i didn't really speak to anyone. I kept myself to myself and that is how i wanted it to be. I kept down at school but because of how bad my education was when i was younger, i wasn't the smartest. Since i was 11 i have wanted to be a hairdresser. When i turned 17 i then went to college to study hair and beauty. I studied hair and beauty for 2 years and finished when i was nearly 20.

When i was in college i met two girls name is  Jessica Harris known as "Jessie". Jessie is very intelligent. She got all the education she needed to, she was forced to in a way. Her parents where very,very,very strict, and very,very,very rich. She had to go to a private school, She was never allowed any piercings or to go out with her friends shopping. She didn't really have time for friends. She wasn't even allowed to watch TV. When i first met her she came to my foster home for tea and i asked "do you like f.r.i.e.n.d.s, the TV show?" she had to ask me what f.r.i.e.n.d.s was! How could you not know what f.r.i.e.n.d.s was? Her parents made her like that. The only thing she was allowed to watch was the news because it was educational. Her mom fell out with her when she told her that she wanted to be a hairdresser,because her mom expected more off her. Jessie then moved to live in a shared flat.

Our other friends name is Chloe. Chloe broom-hall. Chloe is the complete opposite to what Jessie is. Dumb? Yep! Forgetful? Yep! Do i love her for it? Yep! Chloe was taken advantage of many times in her life. But Chloe didn't have a very good up bringing either. When Chloe was 13 her Mums boyfriend took advantaged of her. Chloe was raped and her mom knew and refused to go to the police about it. From that day Chloe always attempts to be aware of other men, but sometimes she just doesn't realise what is happening around her. Chloe's mom broke up with her boyfriend when she found out what happened but she kept refusing to go the police. Chloes mom gave her what she wanted from then, she turned into a bit of a brat. Chloes ex boyfriend Jack was on drugs, and got Chloe to collect them and pay. Jack always told her that they where for a friend and that if she didn't get them then jacks friend would come and find her. Chloe knew that Jacks friend was also a boy and she was scared on what he might do to her when he comes to find her. Chloe was all caught up in what Jacks friend might do that she didn't realise that she was paying her own money out to the dealer. Jack kept on ordering drugs and organising for Chloe to come and meet him, but Chloe or Jack never turned up. Chloe normally would turn up but Jack didn't tell her to go and collect it because he wanted the dealer to go after her. The amount of money it cost for the drugs that Jack was ordering,the dealer was looking for Chloe so she could give him the money. Jack broke up with Chloe and left her to be hunted down from the dealer because he knew that strange men would really scare her. 

Me, Jessie and Chloe all went to college and studied hair and beauty for 2 years. We planned to buy our own shared apartment together in Essex and our own shared salon. We started saving on the last year of college and when we came to count it we had enough. We opened up our on hair and beauty salon in Essex a year ago and we stayed with Chloes cousins for a couple of months until we found our own apartment,then just 2 weeks ago we  had found our own shared apartment. There was a reason we moved to Essex. It was so the dealer couldn't find Chloe and it was also because of how bad our times where in Manchester we just wanted to get out of there. We are now moving into our new apartment and getting on with our lives.Me,Jessie and Chloe all love to sing. We have always imagined being in a band, singing. Jessie is good but most of the time she is playing the guitar doing the background singing. I am lower than Chloe, she is quite high. When we sing together it sounds really harmonised and great. Maybe we will get noticed one day...
