Chapter 2

A/n: btw guys, the storyline starts when eye of the midnight sun is discovered :)

The day of the ball approaches. You are still busy but you do your best and rush the activities for the wizard king.

"Captain!", One of your members knocked at your door. "Come in." You said while putting down the pen you were using.

"We're ready for the ball, captain", The member said while standing straight in front of you. "That's good. I will ready myself too. Please wait for me in 10 minutes.", You said while standing up.

You wore the robe of your squad and ready to go outside.

" I know we are the top squad in the kingdom, captain. But you also need to rest and enjoy your youth too, Captain", He said while bowing.

I smiled tiredly and pat his shoulder. "Don't worry. I'll take care of myself", I said while going out of the door.

"Are you all ready? Please do what you want in the ball. This is your free time. Eat whatever you want", I said. I'm in front of my squad ready to go at the wizard king's ball.

"Yes, captain!", The salute and smiled.

I turned to my vice captain and nodded.

We all teleported into the location of the ball by my vice captain's magic.

" You're all free to do what you want", I said while watching my squad.

I open the door and saw all of the magic knight squad in there. All of them stopped and watch us walked in.

'who is that?"

'is that there vice captain?'

'where is the old man captain?'

'she's so pretty'

I excuse myself in my squad and go with the other captains. They noticed me and Rill waved.

"Y/n-san!!!", He said while smiling at me. I bowed and give him a small smile.

"Just how busy are you?", Yami questioned me because my squad is the latest to arrived here.

I just sighed and fill my wine glass with wine in front of me.

"I mean you let your vice captain attend every magic knight exam....", Yami said while he stared at me.

"That's enough, foreigner", Nozel said while drinking his wine. I look at him and caught him already looking at me.

I looked away and waited the ball to start.
