Like the rest of the Kitten Catastrophe Crew, Cat Chase was introduced as the "evil twin" of the PAW Patrol.

Cat Chase is shown to be the cruelest and most mischievous kitten, supposedly aside Cat Rocky, on the team. He is typically Mayor Humdinger's top pick for schemes. However, he's not always loyal to Mayor Humdinger and has had a history of ditching him when the going gets tough.
