Ruv felt his heart break into pieces. "You...love...her..?!" He asked, Whitty removed his hand from his cheek. "I've realized that I love her...not you.." he said. Ruv let go and stared at him in disbelief, "So this? All of this was nothing to you?!" He asked. Whitty opened his mouth to answer, "Sure it meant something but.." he was cut off. "But what? Do I not have the looks?....Am I just not what you want...?" Ruv said his tone getting sadder. Whitty didn't know how to explain and Ruv felt heartbroken.
Ruv pushed Whitty away and jumped off from the building landing gracefully. "Don't..talk to me ever again..." he said looking up at him, "you disgust me".
Whitty tried to catch up to him to explain but each time he was pushed away. Whitty sighed giving up as he headed back to the church.
Opening the doors he approached Carol, noticing how cute she looked this day he felt himself feel quite better. "H-Hey Carol..." he said, Carol looked at him giving him a sweet smile as 'Hello'. "So um...I was wondering if...you'd like to go out?" He asked, Carol smiled at him once more, "Sure thing! I'd love that!" She answered.
