｡ﾟ♡‧₊ ┈ "CHILL OUT!" CLEO shooed zakai away from the bowl full of strawberry cake mix. the guy had seen someone make strawberry brownies with the mix on tiktok and wanted to make them with her. although cleo was doing way more than he was.
"and if i don't try it how we gon know if it's good or not?" while she was listening to him object, he took this as an opportunity to sneak some more batter into his finger. "when you get salmonella i'm not coming to see you in the hospital." cleo spoke with her back turned to him. zakai wasn't as slick as he thought.
they both knew that was a lie so he shot her a grin as he deadpanned her out the corner of his eye. "moving on. are you sure we did this right? it don't look like the same consistency." she referred back to the video.
"it really don't matter, i'll eat it either way." he began to place the strawberries on top.
cleo and kai weren't in a relationship. after what eren did, she really wasn't worried about hopping into another one. as a friend, he was there to comfort her- along with selah.
