'I've to be in kitchen helping jiji..Either drive fast alittle & not like this snail drive or I'll go myself.'
Irritation slowly started to rise in him with her carelessness.
"Khushi why are you avoiding the talk damn it when I'm gonna explain and apologize to you."
'Aap kyun nahi samajhthe hain ki hamein koi baat waat nahi karni hain.
('why are u not understanding I don't want to talk walk anything.')
'why are you always hell-bent on snatching my peace. Now also you are doing the same. I attained peace in the temple. I'm not gonna listen or talk anything which'll definitely ruin that. '
'I think it has already ruined. See how

Her last words dripped with saracasm.
He remained silent at her words as she's not in any mood to listen and does not want to upset her furthermore.
The next 10 minutes journey in the car filled with silence and they reached the shantivan.
"Khushi You go..I've to make some calls."without hearing him completly she exited the car and walked towards the house without looking back.
He looked at her disappearing back with his piercing gaze.

She hurried into the kitchen without any glance at the others who are in the living room and nani who's in the puja mandir.
"Jiji I'm sorry for returning late."
'It's ok khushi. I would've handled.'
They prepared breakfast quickly with the help of hariprakash chopping vegetables and grinding masalas..
'Hm...30 minutes is there for the arrival of everyone to serve.' Payal sighed.

After completing his calls and checking emails arnav stepped into the living room and noticed everyone involved in their own chores.
he then walked towards the Anjali's room and saw her sleeping on the bed with a frown on her face.
He went near to her stayed by her side holding her hand for some time then kissed her forehead and exited from there.

'Khushi..Come Let's start. Hariprakash put these two bowls on the table.'
'Khushi..Khushi.' she patted the still standing khushi like she's lost oblivious to payal words.
'What are you thinking?'
That's when arnav came and decided to stand outside the kitchen as he heared the payal concerning words for khushi.
"Nothing jiji...hm..Jiji..Have you seen Anjaliji this morning?"
"No khushi..She's in her room..I sent badam milk you made which was kept in the fridge yesterday night to her room by hariprakash as she's not coming down for anything."
She noticed gloomy expression etched on khushi's face.
'Khushi...don't be sad..she..you know..she's not in any state to understand whom to trust or not as all this had exposed to her suddenly....
thodaa waqt lagegaa..'
('It takes time.)
"Sambhalne mein waqt lagegaa tho koi baat nahi jiji magar wahi waqt barbaad karegaa tho?."
('If it takes time to handle then no matter sister but what if that time ruins anything?..')
He noticed the slight quivering in her voice don't know why he too felt a slight fear with that.
'I don't understand what you are saying khushi but If u meant about di-
Arnavji haina wo khyaal rakhenge di kaa.'
('Arnavji will take care of Di.')
"Hmm."
'Is everything alright khushi?'
"Yes jiji."
'I mean between you and Arnavji?'
"Y e s.. Why are you asking like that?"
'Yesterday I heard when Maaji told arnavji that you went to Di's room in spite of nanij's saying..'
He tensed hearing that.
"Oh!...It's not unpredictable from her..." Khushi sighed.
'Khushi I was not there at that time.
What happened exactly?'
"Exactly jiji..You weren't there..Otherwise why would I go there?
hariprakashji told me she hadn't eaten anything since morning.
I went to her room with food and had told it's not good to stay with empty stomach & she has to think about baby now.
How should I know that it provokes her like that she went to that extent to kill her own baby?"
A silent sob escaped her.
'What happened arnavji?!!'
"You tell me, what happened?When all told you clearly that don't go to Di's room then why did you go to her room..She's feeling that whatever is happening all because of you."
'Forgive me, arnavji! I I
"Your apology doesn't set anything right Khushi.
....Do you know in which situation I saw Di today in hospital?..I only knew what I had to say to stop her.
" What did you say that provokes her to take a step like this?"
' I just only..
"To hell with your just damn it"
"What is the need to go to her room Khushi?.."
'Because,I too care for Di like you do. I too love her like you do..'
He felt like the worst human being on the earth. He too knew in his heart that there must be some valid reason if she did anything but instead of letting her explain he let his anger took control and threw the unforgivable cutting words at her.
'Shhh...It's Okay..It's Okay..Khushi.'
payal consoled khushi as silent sobs escaped from her.
He felt a tear dropping from his eyes and felt suffocated as her silent sobs cutting through his heart.
That's how the inevitable doom started to spread it's consequences slowly as those weeping hearts cried in pain.
