Concerts were fun.
You had to admit it - there was nothing better than the sound of everyone screaming your name, the lights, the music, being able to sing and dance without a care in the world.
Jungkook let the beat pulse through him, scanning the crowd as he sang. He had been doing this long enough to know how it went.
It was a pity that they were the same every time.
Different songs, but the same set up. The same atmosphere.
The slower number that they were now on left him a little breathing room (literally); they had given the majority of verses to Jin, and so he was only harmonizing occasionally, as well as keeping up with the choreo.
People-watching was fun.
He could only see the first few rows clearly, since the lights obstructed the rest of the crowd somewhat. Usually there was no one really noticeable, but this time, someone stood out.
It was probably because of his hair, which was bright red, but it may also have been because he was smiling so much. Everyone smiled when they came to see BTS perform live - a lot of people started sobbing, but his smile seemed to light up his whole face. He was sure that he had seen the boy somewhere before, although he couldn't pinpoint exactly where. Trying to work out which one of the six members he was actually staring at was also a lot harder than he anticipated, but Jungkook was pretty sure that they made eye contact for what seemed like infinity. Most of his face was hidden by the pulsing purple and blue lights, but when the spotlight was off him, his eyes were sparkling like stars.
It was probably only a couple of seconds because he had to tear his eyes away from the red haired boy, and pour his heart into the beginning of the next song. The screaming grew noticeably louder. Jimin smirked at him from across the stage.
"Fangirls." he mouthed, and Jungkook smiled.

After the show, they were left on their own for a little while, after the crew had finished with them.
Backstage seemed perpetually full of people - crew, tech, camerapeople, stylists, and the atmosphere was more than a little suffocating at times.
He didn't know where everyone had disappeared to either. He had seen Namjoon following Jin about a minute ago, and he was sure that Yoongi was supposed to be getting makeup off, but his chair was empty. That was a little worrying, because they had some fan-sign thing to go to, and no one was to be seen.
He pushed through the ocean of people, trying to find his way around. The venue was new, and in his opinion, there should have been a lot more signposts.
"How is anyone," he muttered, "supposed to find anything around here. Excuse me!"
The tech crew member he had just tapped on the shoulder turned around, the irritated expression on her face fading to shock.
"Uh-- I--" she stammered, nearly knocking him over the head with a huge piece of unidentifiable metal equipment.
"Do you know where everyone's gone?" asked Jungkook, underneath the creaking black death trap.
The woman gestured vaguely to her right, mouth still wide open, and he thanked her, jogging in that direction.
-----
Inside the car, Namjoon was trying to calm everyone down enough to do a head count. Jin had to step in and yell the other members down. When everyone was quiet and still enough, Namjoon silently tallied the rabble up, muttering the numbers under his breath.
