This ones gonna be a short chapter. Sorry!

As Severus walked through the halls in Hogwarts towards Dumbledore's office, he wonders what's so urgent that it couldn't wait till the school day was over. A look of distaste covered his face as he stood in front of the office door. He disliked Dumbledore and his manipulative ways. Years of dealing with this idiot made him sour. Ignoring his feelings, snape said the password "lemon drops" and entered the office. As he walked in, he realized there was another person in the room. A frail old woman. And she was yelling at albus! Amusement and confusion crossed his mind. He stayed quite and listen, as his presence was not yet know.
"For merlins sake albus! I can hear the poor boy from 4 houses away! I'm telling you, those muggles aren't taking care of that boy!" The woman spat. Dumbledore began to speak before he was cut off. "They work him half to death! I hardly see him outside and when he is, he's doing hours of chores!"

Who on earth is she talking about? Snape thought. Deciding that this was enough, he cleared his throat.
"Ah, hello Severus! Please come sit. Lemon drop?" Albus greeted.
Ignoring the question, Severus spoke. "Why have you called for me?" He said, curiosity and annoyance in his voice.
"Well mrs. Abigail has informed me of some concerns involving Harry Potter" said the headmaster.
The Potter brat? What one earth would be concerning? Is he not being pampered to their standers? Snape rolled his eyes. "And has this got to do with me" and asked in boredom.
"Well, Abigail has requested someone check on him. And I chose you"
...

"What?! Why would I, of all people, want to see the brat who lived?!" He exclaimed. Then a thought crossed his mind. "And why in earth haven't you done that? Your his magical guardian!" He yelled, upset that the task was pushed into him.

"Please Severus. Just check on the boy. I'm worried" Abigail said.

Snape huffed in annoyance but reluctantly agreed.
