A couple of things to clarify before this story starts: This is a Haikyuu AU where Kenma, Kuroo, Sakusa, Iwaizumi, and Atsumu are sharing this house during their last year of highschool/first few years of college.
For the sake of Plot™️ they all go to nearby schools and still play volleyball.
The reader will be Black. No other race is specified but I wrote the reader with Afrocentric features in mind. (Y/I) stands for Your Initials
