No... it's not going to rain. Not yet, hopefully. At least, not until she arrives at home. Jana glances at the sky one more time, getting increasingly worried as the cloud gets darker and darker. It's only a bit over ten o'clock and it still looks dark. Oh, whatever, she just wants to go home and eats some French toast-with banana and syrup. Because she was in a hurry this morning she only had a small portion of muesli as breakfast.

Speeding up her footsteps, she brushes some hair from her face as the wind blows harder. Gosh, it's cold. Isn't it supposed to be very close to spring now? But despite the temperature is not below zero, it still feels rather wintery, and it doesn't improve Jana's mood at all. Well, for starters she's normally not this cranky. But she woke up at six this morning and went to the Uni at seven; only to find out that her only class has been cancelled due to the professor was having a last minute family emergency.

Everyone was glad to go home early; well, everyone but Jana. Yes, she feels sorry for professor Karlsson, but she doesn't wake up at six bloody o'clock for this. When she walks past a small park near the train station she can see that not many people are around. In fact there are only two people nearby.

A tall, dark-haired boy and a petite, blond girl-both seem to be around her age. Jana can't help but notice that the boy is quite good looking. Okay... very good looking if she's being completely honest. And he seems familiar, too. She's sure she has seen him before, although she can't remember where.

They both look at her as Jana walks past. The girl beams and quickly approaches her, much to her surprise, making her stop in her tracks. "Hello, do you mind taking a picture of Leon and me?" she asks cheerfully.

"Um... no," Jana replies. "Of course not."

The girl gives her a grateful smile, handing the camera she's been holding to Jana. And then she sprints back to the boy and stands beside him, looking pretty elated. Jana looks down at the camera in her hands, and curses inwardly. Bugger, it's an advanced Canon camera, which she's not at all familiar with. To make it worse, the camera has like twenty different buttons, and Jana is not the most hi-tech person.

But, it can't be that hard to take a picture, can it? This button at the top must be the shutter button-that's all she needs to know. "Okay, ready?" she asks the two, who nod. "Smile!" Jana says and presses the shutter button; or at least that's what she's thinks she does. But as she stares at the display, the picture is suddenly very much zoomed in. What the?

"Is something wrong?" the girl asks, must be noticing Jana's expression change.

"Eh... no, it's just-it zoomed in itself," Jana explains, looking up from the display, feeling a bit stupid. Her eyes meet the boy's (what's his name again? Leon?) and there's a faint smile on his face that sends her some kind of weird feeling in her belly. God, he's so fucking pretty.

"You must have accidentally touched the zoom lever," the girl tells her patiently, with a smile. "The one around the shutter button."

"Oh, okay," Jana says. No wonder. She turns the lever a bit to adjust the distance. "It looks fine now. Let's try again. 1, 2, 3, Smile!" And she presses the button again, not touching the zoom lever this time.

Jana almost thinks it works; she holds the button a bit longer and not moving the camera. And she's sure that she's seen the captured picture on the display. But then the display changes to video mode. Sod it, what now? She tries to see if the picture is being saved by pressing the menu button, and comes to the setting instead. No, not the setting, she just needs to see the picture gallery. Where the hell is it?

Oh God, this is embarrassing. "I think I got it, but then I... pressed the video button I guess," Jana admits, her face is getting warm. "I can't find the image gallery, since I'm not familiar with this camera," she adds, with a nervous laughter.
