Rema POV
I look over the other side of the gymm and see a boy pull a gun out. I thought he was finna shoot Derrick but he pointed at some girl. I'm not gone lie,i was scared but I handled it like a G well kinda but what you expect, he had a gun like who the fuck I look like? Mike Tyson?
"Don't shoot her," I yelled
"Stfu, bitchhhh. This my girl and I do what I want." said John
"Ayee, don't call my girl a bitchhhh." Said Derrick.
I blushed, Derrick said I was his girl. Anyway he pointed the gun towards me . I was like tf I do.
"Say something else to me nigga" he said to Derrick," I will blow your girl head off.
"Wa-" Derrick started.
The boy pulled the trigger. Next thing I see is black.
In the Hospital
Derrick POV
It's all my fault. I thought to myself. Rema the girl I liked since the first time I laid eyes on her, got shot because of me. I did it. I was so mad at myself.
All her friends were there. they were hysterical. I felt so guilty. Her mom and dad were there.
" The family of Rema forest?"
Everyone stood up.
"Close family only"
We still all stood up. Like fuck we are her close family. The nurse was just giving us the really nigga face.
"Fine mom and dad only" she said.
"Nigga really?" said star.
The nurse ignored her comment and lead them to her room. The rest of us left.
Rema POV
I woke up in a all white room with a tv in the front left corner. Flowers everywhere. My mom AND DAD here. I can't believe he's here. So I guess he only come around when I'm hurt or when money is involved. I positioned my self to watch tv and they heard the bed move.
"Baby are you ok," my momma said.
"Yeah ma but you got yo double D's on me." I said
"If you wasn't crippled right now I would beat yo ass. But anyway look who decided to pop back in." Shandra ,my mother,whispered pointing to my dad.
"Shut up Shan, Hey baby are you okay?" My dad said acting like he was concerned. We just talked to rest of the night then they both left and I went to sleep.
.Next Day.
Derrick POV
I'm going to see Rema today. She probably don't even know what happened. After I left the hospital yesterday, I went and found the nigga that shot her and killed his ass with my bare hands. No weapons or nothing.
Cause I'm a G like that.

I'm about 5 minutes from the hospital.
I've been thinking about what to say to her. Should I say I'm sorry? Fuck it, I don't know.
-at the hospital-
"Derrick," said the nurse,"come on she's ready to see you." I followed her to the room. When I got in there, her mom, dad, and three bestfriends were there.
"Who Tf are you," her dad asked.
"That's her boyfriend," says her mom. I laughed a little then Rema got up and said," He is not my boyfriend. He is a friend. That's it."
"Mmhum," mumbled Lee.
"That's not what I heard," says star.
Then Rema mugged her hard asf. I have to admit it I was scared of her at that moment in time.
" I think we should give them some alone time to talk." Said her mom.
"Fine but don't do nothing nasty," says her dad. Everybody busted out laughing. They all walked out.
"Hey," I said.
"Hi," Rema said. We sat there for what seem like forever. Then my phone rung. I answered it.
Me: Hello?
?: Hey boo.
Me: who Tf is this?
?:Ashley
Me:Who is Ashley?
Ashley: the girl from the gymm.
Me: how tf you get you get my number?
A:Don't worry about that.
Me:whatever bye hoe.
A:nigga-
She didn't get to finish cause I hung up and blocked her. Don't nobody want her thottie ass.
"Who was that?" Asked Rema.
"Ash- never mind it's not important. How you feeling?"
"Better."
" Oh, I'm sorry"
"For what? You didn't pull the trigger,"
I was about to say that I talked then her mom walked in.
"Hey Baby. How you feeling.?" Her mom asked
"Better," Rema replied.
"I need to talk to you. Privately," she says eying me.
"See you later." I said to Rema.
"Bye" I heard her say.
I left then hospital then went home.
While I was unlocking the door someone came up behind me and put a white cloth over my face. Then all I saw was black.
Rema POV
After Derrick left, my mom sat down beside me and sighed.
"We are moving," she said.
"What?"
"But don't worry, Star and Lee are coming with us. So are they're parents. And your dad and I are getting back together. He asked me to marry him again. And I'm pregnant." She said all in one breath. I couldn't even speak. Then we heard a loud BOOM. Then Everything went black.
