Humayrah's pov;
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ إِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوحِي إِلَيْهِم مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَىٰ ۗ أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۗ وَلَدَارُ الْآخِرَةِ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا ۗ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ (109)
حَتَّىٰ إِذَا اسْتَيْأَسَ الرُّسُلُ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ كُذِبُوا جَاءَهُمْ نَصْرُنَا فَنُجِّيَ مَن نَّشَاءُ ۖ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَأْسُنَا عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ (110)
لَقَدْ كَانَ فِي قَصَصِهِمْ عِبْرَةٌ لِّأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ ۗ مَا كَانَ حَدِيثًا يُفْتَرَىٰ وَلَٰكِن تَصْدِيقَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ (111}
[يوسف : 109-111]
I and baby bro finished reading, we have always made it an habit to always do muraajah (revision of the holy Quran) together every Wednesday's and Thursday's for 4 hrs and now he continues at his own free will because he is now an Haafiz (someone that has finished the memorisation of the quran) Ma Shaa Allah while mine is still remaining eight juz's (is one of thirty parts of varying lengths into which the Quran is divided).
In Shaa Allah i planned on finishing soon no matter the circumstance and also working towards it.
Also as for the twins, they also took a great interest in it Alhamdulillah since they were little and presently they have memorized 2 juz's ( from suuratun -Naas). Yea at three years - 2 juz's.
It is part of the family plan for all to become hufaadh ( plural of haafiz) like baby bro since it has been the greatest desire of Dad.
After completing it for the day, i told Baby bro i was going to assist Hayaaty in the kitchen since it will soon be time for dinner and she would want all set before umayd's arrival.
"Okay, I'll also go complete my assignment and today's reading. You know I'm not a night person like you, then I'll come join you guys after" he added. "Or do you need me over immediately", he asked
"No its fine, Alright dear, pray before you start, May Allah grant you retentive memory Aameen" i told him.
Asalam Alaykum hayaaty, i greeted. "Walaykum Salaam warahmatullah humy... you done with your muraajah" she asked.
Na'am Alhamdulillah, it also went well, i told her as i was assisting in chopping some ingredients.
" No my dear you can go and rest, you came back some hours back and started muraajah immediately"... She pleaded
Its fine Hayaaty, I'm okay.. I told her...
Soon all was set, i washed all we used and cleared the kitchen.. It was all white, hard to maintain for some people but the easiest for us because of the cleaning immediately habit we had

After i was done in the kitchen, i proceeded upstairs to get my assignment done. Soon after umayd arrived.
While having dinner, mum asked about excursion agenda and when we will be leaving and sorts. And also how we were going with our preparations and all.
