Y/N's POV:

"Hi babe," Jackson wrapped his arms around me as I shuttered.

"Haha hi baby," I giggled.

"hI bAbY! what the fuck was that Y/N. WILL THIS MAN TAKE HIS FUCKING HANDS OFF ME?!"

I shrugged his hands off subtly and grabbed my candle. We entered the stadium as we stood for the memorial.

"Poor Heather. I miss her so much."

Heather and I had been friends before my mom insisted I leave Shadyside and move in with her instead of my terrible Shadyside dad. My dad was actually much better than her. He was a guitar player and he would play music for me when I wasn't too happy. I miss him so much.

The mayor started talking meaning I was zoning out. Everything the mayor and sheriff said was just really fucking fake. Time went by and I was just getting bored. My eyes started to look around the group of Shadysiders. I noticed Deena rush off quickly, Kate seemed really bored, and Simon... Where is Simon?

"Be right back," Sam whispered in my ear rushing off towards where Deena had gone off too.

My eyes continued to look for the blonde boy when they landed on him and some cheerleader flirting. I felt like walking over there and smacking her.

"THAT GREEN PRICK! Why the fuck do I wanna smack her. I don't like him. Stop staring Y/N ya dumb fuck."

I turned around as tears brimmed in my eyes. I wiped them quickly and started to zone out again when someone from Sunnyvale said something about burning Shadyside and started a fight.

"Not this shit again," I mumbled as I turned to the fight.

As I stood back I watched Simon run and smack Peter on the back and then flipped him off. I started to snicker when I noticed Peter run after him.

"Shit."

I dodged the fight and ran after them.

"PETER SOMEONE SMACKED SAM! SHE NEEDS YOU!" I yelled out.

Peter turned back and ran off towards the fight to save his "damsel in distress" who wasn't even in distress and probably sucking on Deenas lips by now.

"Thanks," Simons voice woke me from my thinking.

"Yeah, no problem," I turned to walk off.

"Y/N wait!" Simon ran after me as I picked up my pace.

He grabbed my shoulder and turned me around.

"Simon. What are you doing?!" I tried to shake him off, but he just gripped tighter.

"Why'd you leave? We were all so happy and then you left and everything went to shit," I felt tears start to form.

"Simon let me go." I said through gritted teeth. "Please."

Simon reluctantly let me go as I raced back to the fight. As I rejoined I found Kate on the floor.

"Kate?!" I got on my knees. "Hey you okay?!"

"Y/N?!" Kate smiled. "Hey!"

If you couldn't tell Kate and I were best of friends before I left. Then here Sam and I became best friends. Sam and I bonded over love life trauma.

"Hey Katie," I smiled. "Shit, you good?"

"Yeah Yeah," She struggled to stand. I looked behind her to see the green faced, blonde haired boy walking towards us.

"She'll be fine,"

"Bye Katie!" I stood up and rushed off as she called after me.

"N/N!" Kate yelled after me.

~Time skip~

"Peter slow down!" Sam yelled after him as he stomped towards his car.

"We are gonna make those Shittysiders pay," Peter shoved open the door and got in with some ice cold drinks or something.

Jackson dragged me into the backseat as Sam joined Peter in the front. His car tailed the Shadyside bus, and he started to throw the drinks at them.

"PETER WHAT THE FUCK?! STOP!" I reached for the drinks, but Jackson pulled me back. "JACKSON LET ME GO."

"Cmon Sweetie it's only a bit of fun," Jackson whispered in my ear.

I elbowed him in the nose and he groaned as his head fell back on the seat.

"PETER SLOW DOWN!" Sam yelled.

I saw Simon moon us as I looked away. I heard Peter throw another drink and looked back. The Bus emergency door was now open and Kate and Deena were holding a cooler. Deena's nose had something running down it.

"Is that... BLOOD?!"

The cooler dropped on the car as we swerved off the road.
