I'm sorry, damn it!

POV Osoro

Ugh, it took way too long deciding how to apologize to her, ill just say sorry to her so she can stop being on my mind. I sat down on my bed and looked at my pet bird. "Rest well buddy," I said as he cooed before he flew to his stand to rest. I put an alarm on my phone and laid down telling myself to not be weak and say sorry to (Y/N) before falling asleep.

Time skip

I groaned as I heard the alarm of my phone ringing. I stopped it and stood up, running a hand through my hair. I grabbed a bag that had birds seeds and placed it in a bowl for my bird. I put on my usual clothes and walked downstairs. I almost gagged at the smell of booze coming from my dad, who was passed out on the couch. I didn't even feel like eating in the same house as him. I grabbed the coat uniform from the coat rack and placed it on my shoulders. I walked out of the house and saw the boys waiting for me near a post. I walked towards them and tried not to listen to their conversations. "Hey boss, want to get something to eat before we head to school?" Umeji spoke as he pointed at a nearby bakery. "No, I'm fine." I said as I just kept walking to the school. Once we arrived, I saw a few students walk away from us to avoid being in the same presence. I looked around to see if (Y/N) was nearby. I grabbed my indoor shoes and put my usual shoes into the locker. I made my way to the back of the school and leaned against the fence. I looked to my right to see Umeji whispering to a few of the boys. I was concerned about what they were saying but barely had an interest. I looked through my phone to pass time.

Time skip

I walked to class and sat down. I saw (Y/N) looking at the front of the class and was trying to figure out when the right time will be to speak to her. I waited till the class ended to go to (Y/N). "Oi, meet me in front of the school," I said before pushing past her. Fewer students are in the front since most are busy eating. I made my way downstairs and waited against a wall.

POV (Y/N)

I sighed as I grabbed my bento from the inside of my desk; I didn't want to talk to Shidesu today; he had said or done nothing to me throughout the class so I was a bit suspicious. I was about to walk downstairs when a delinquent came near me "Oi brat someone put a letter in your locker." he said as he walked past me. I thought it was weird but curious. I went to check my locker real quick and grabbed the letter from the inside.

"I want to speak to you about bullying. Please meet me at the back of the school at 1:00 pm"

I thought it was strange for the person wanting to meet about bullying but I guess I have one thanks to Shidesu. I hurried to the back of the school so I won't be late to meet up with Shidesu. The doors were closed and when I pushed it open, a bucket of cold water hit me. "AGH!" I screamed as the cold substance hit me. 'Why would someone do this?!' I thought but heard laughing. I looked on my left side to see a few of the delinquents holding their phones and taking photos. I felt tears threaten to fall and ran to the girl's locker room.

POV Osoro

"Ugh where is she?" (Y/N) hasn't shown up, lunch is almost over and I practically wasted my time waiting 'this is what I get for wanting to apologize' I walked to the back of the school to eat with the boys as usual. I saw a few of them laughing and looking at their phones. "What are you two laughing at?" I asked them as Umeji looked up and showed a picture of (Y/N) being soaked in water. "Thought it'd be fun to show her not to mess with us. She seems to piss you off so much so your welcome." Umeji grinned and chuckled. "WHAT!? I NEVER ASKED YOU TO DO THAT, SHE DIDN'T DESERVE IT!" I gritted my teeth as I yelled at them. "Delete those photos, and say sorry to her the next time you see her." I turned around and walked to the outside of the locker room for the girls. I waited, thinking she would be there. Lunch was over and saw students entering the school for class. I skipped and waited for her till she came out. I gritted my teeth as I waited till (Y/N) would leave. I heard a locker being closed and turned around to face the entrance. (Y/N) walked out and looked at me before attempting to go inside. "(Y/N) wait-" She turned around and had tears falling down "WHY ARE YOU SUCH A JERK? WHAT DID I EVER DO TO MAKE YOU HATE ME SO MUCH. THAT PRANK YOU TOLD YOUR BOYS TO PULL ON ME WAS SUCH A ASSHOLE MOVE I-" "ENOUGH ALRIGHT!" I yelled at her and slammed my hand against the wall. "I didn't ask them to pull that stupid prank, that was them. I wanted to apologize for being a dick lately, but you never showed up. I'm sorry, damn it!" I took a moment to breathe as I realized (Y/N) was still crying. 'fuck.' I looked away and tried to think of what to do to make her feel better. "Look, I'm sorry, I really am," I muttered, hoping she heard. She looked up and choked out a soft thank you. I don't know why she even said thank you. I didn't deserve it. "Are you skipping class or something?" she nodded. I turned around to make my way to the inside of the school. Before I even entered I turned my head around to face (Y/N) "you coming or what?" she nodded and walked behind me. We walked to the front of the school to enter the town. "Something ya want here? I'll pay as a way of saying sorry for what my boys did." She looked up at me and shook her head "No, it's fine. I don't want you to waste anything on me." I groaned at her and rubbed her hair "too bad I'm buying you something." we looked around town and saw her looking at a manga that was displayed in front of some bookstore. "Come on." I entered the store and grabbed one of the books on display "Is this the only thing ya caught ya eye on?" she nodded as I walked into the front of the desk to purchase the book. Once we leave the store I hand her the bag. "Schools over now so I'm heading home, stay safe, and don't think I did this because I like you or something this is just an apology."

POV (Y/N)

I watched as Shidesu walked away as he was heading home. I looked down at the bag that had my new book in it. I giggled to myself as I enjoyed the fact I get to read something new. I walked around a bit more to explore the town.

Time skip

It was late now and was walking home. I had walked to the train station to head home when I heard someone grunting as if they were in pain. I hid behind a wall and looked at what was happening. I saw some boys who had some kind of uniform I think are from another school trying to fight someone when they were beaten to the ground after a few minutes of fighting.
