VR - A Gaming Story

Chapter 1 - New Tech VR

          Overview: Today is the big day, its the release of Ultimate RPG. My name is Rick, I am currently looking at my Monitor Screen. I have Received an email from my local video game store that says I have been accepted to purchase a new VR game that has been released and with this new VR Helmet, that has this new technology that's called Full Dive Virtual Reality, this new tech allows your entire body to be in video games similar to another series, I also do have a best friend, his name is Jeffery but I call him Jeff for short.

(URPG is the name for now just need to think of a better name, its a place holder)

 1.        I think to myself will gaming never become better than this? Will Technology for gaming never be the same? What will the future look like? Randomly Rick's phone started ringing. "Hello." Rick says, "What's up man, have you got the New VR game and new Full Dive VR Headset?" Jeff Says. Rick pauses. "Oh shit, I forgot I need to  get ready" Rick says.  Jeff laughs "Rick, I will be at your house to pick you up in about 10 mins." Rick speaks. "Alright see you then bud, super excited."

  2.          Rick hangs up the phone and runs to the video game store and finds Jeff is already there he was joking around with Rick and saying his mother is there with him. Rick runs to the game store fast as he can he manages to get there in time before the store opens. I look at this line and says to myself. "holy shit, is everyone here for URPG?" Jeff looks over. "Over here man I am right here!" I look at where Jeff is but there is currently people between I didn't really want to cut them. "look man I am sorry but I cannot cut these people in line if you want to be with me we have to go at the back." the random stranger says, "hey man I am really glad you are super polite about it I won't mind, its your friend after all you are with him enjoy the spot." I look at the random stranger with a hood over him. "thank you so much sir, I want to repay you one day." the strange man with a hood over his head. "we shall meet again one day." the strange man smiles. thanks to the strange man I was able to be next to my friend in line. The doors has finally opened up and we both got ticket number 48 and 49. From what I read online there is only about 10000 copies in the world only and for the people is out of luck at this point. the Video Game Store Employee said. "Number's 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50, its your turn to pick up your VR gaming headset and URPG game." In my head I am super excited to purchase this game I do not know what to expect in a VR MMORPG game. Now Jeff and I went up to the cashier and give our ticket and money to them. The Cashier says "here you go boys and happy gaming!" I said this to my head "Does he know he doesn't need to say it to us I know he has to but why is he actually happy?" Jeff stares at Rick with an odd face. "Well for one this is his job and his needs to have happy energy for us customers." Rick nods. "Alright I guess you are correct, Employee's are suppose to try to feel welcome." The Employee stares are them. "Huh, these to are my favorite customers I say the past 3 years working here." Rick and Jeff walks out of the game store being super excited to play their new VR game. 

  4.      Rick finally goes home. "Hey Jeff thanks for me bringing to the game store and back home, I am ready to see you in Ultimate RPG Once I set up my Full Dive equipment." Rick says. Jeff smiles at him and says "I'll see you in URPG bud, we will have a great time" as Jeff winks. Rick leaves the car and enters his home. Rick Dad's surprises him in his room. "Are you still hanging out with that Jeff guy?" Rick stares at him and looks down. "Yes.. why do you even care?" Rick's dad yells. "He is a bad influence you need to know this already, I've told you many times stop hanging out with him and what the hell you've got there." Rick says silently. "you wouldn't know.. its a new VR technology that's for this new video game.." Ricks dad gets even more mad. "I've already told you Video games is a huge waste of TIME" Rick gets angry. "Get the hell out of my room, I don't want to see you now." As Rick's dad leaves his room. "this is why your brother died." Rick slams his door as Rick's dad leaves his room. Rick says "Get out of my life, you and mom has been bullying me ever since my brother died!" Rick's dad "Don't get that tone to me, stop thinking its our fault he died, go on and play with your stupid video game, I hope you get stuck inside it, so we don't have to deal with your shit anymore." Rick yells " F**k off." Rick's dad stayed silent and left. Rick looks down and realized what he said. "You know what, he is right I don't need them anyways." Rick sets up his Full-dive VR Equipment. "well its time.. I better text Jeff and apologize for taking awhile."

**Several hours later**

   5.     Rick looks at his helmet and puts on his Helmet and says "LOGIN" Rick looks around and looks at the beautiful Town Square with 5000 players currently logged in. "Woah, this place looks so beautiful and amazing holy shit." Rick says Suddenly a strange girl taps on Rick's shoulder all nervous and shy. "Um Hello, are you new here as well I kind of want a buddy I'm scared of being alone." The Strange girl says. I look her in the eyes and say. "Who are you, and My name is Rick nice to meet you and yes I am new here as well".  The girl looks surprise. "Wow, you are the first person that spoke to me everyone kept ignoring me" I don't know how to give a reply, I look into her eyes and saw tears running down her face. "hey now don't cry." Rick Says. This Mysterious girl  suddenly hugs me I did blush a little never thought that would happen also everyone in the Town of beginnings was looking at us thinking were in a Online relationship. She looks into my eyes and looks around and she suddenly blushes. "I'm so s-sorry, I didn't meant to embarrass you already." Rick laughs a bit. "It's fine, anyways what is your name?" Rick says. The girl breathes in and out. "Beatrice, what is your name?" Beatrice says. Rick says, "My name is Rick, you have a nice name Beatrice." Rick Says. Beatrice blushes and doesn't know what to say. then Rick looks at Beatrice and laughs. "Aw, your blush is cute not gonna lie anyways want to go on an adventure?" Beatrice looks around and sees another person waving at Rick and she was confused and is concerned who he is. "Um, Hey Rick someone is waving at you." Beatrice says  Rick looks over and sees it's his best friend Jeff.  "Yo Rick, I'm coming!!" As Jeff runs out of breath as he finally finds Rick.  Jeff looks at Rick and this random girl. "Oh, I see you've made a new friend already, Hello my name is Jeff and you are?" Beatrice looks at Jeff and says. "My name is Beatrice nice to meet you." Rick, Jeff and Beatrice decided to start a Trio Party together. Beatrice runs and twirls and put her hands behind her back "Hey guys I know a fantastic place to eat at want to come?" Rick and Jeff looks at each other and shrugs their shoulders and both of them says. "Sure why not." Rick, Jeff, Beatrice all walk to the nice restaurant to eat at in this Virtual world. After hours Rick Notices a guy with a hood over his head. "Hey Jeff, do you think that guy over there was the same person we met at the Video Game store?" Rick Says. Jeff Looks over. "I don't really know man, it could be anyone" Jeff says. Beatrice does a confuse face at both of them. "What? To be honest that guy has been there for hours, I try to talk to him but he is suddenly scared." Beatrice tells Rick and Jeff. Rick decides to stand up and Approaches the guy with the hood. Rick talks to the hooded guy. "Hey were you the guy from the video game store?" The hooded guy stares and stands up and walks away like nothing happened. Rick spaces out and doesn't even know what just happened he got ignored. 

This is my first full on story like this format, my Grammar isn't good at all, I tried my best on making this Chapter, i did kinda abandoned it, Ill say its my own fiction of SAO, I do plan on having these characters trapped into the game well ima sign off. I did sorta gave up
