𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝟿- 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚍𝚊𝚝𝚎?

Kat POV
Oh god oh god. What am I supposed to wear? What should I style my hair like? No Kat stop thinking like this. I'll just get Kim and Ev to help me!

Knock knock.

"Kim are you up?"
"Yeah what's wrong?"
"Can you help me pick out an outfit?"
"Of course!"

"So what were you thinking Kat?" Kim asked looking through my closet
"Alec didn't say where we were going so I'm not sure" I said
"Hmmm"
Kim picked up a pair of jeans on a hanger. "What about just jeans and a t-shirt with a jacket?" She suggested
"Like with a bit of style y'know... like these chains and chocker!"
"Wow!" "Won't he think it is too casual and I'm not bothered?" I asked
"No of course not! You'll look amazing! And I'm pretty sure he likes alt style!" Kim said reassuringly
I got dressed, styled my hair and out my makeup on. "How do I look?" I asked
"OMG YOU LOOK AMAZING!" Evelyn screamed
"Alec will definitely ask you on a date if that's what your worried about." Yandere said hugging me
"Thanks guys! I said
I got a text from Alec asking me if I was at the spot we were going to meet at. I said bye and left our house grabbing my bag on my way out. I hope I look ok. I texted Alec back saying "Hi! I just left our house so I'll be there soon! Where are we going? x"
He responded immediately saying "It's a secret but I'm sure you will like it!"
I didn't feel reassured but I trusted Alec so I carried on walking.

I saw a figure in the distance with red hair. It was him. Alec. I WAS ABOUT TO MEET ALEC FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS.

Alec POV
I looked up from my phone and saw a familiar blue haired girl wearing black jeans with chains running up to me. It was funneh!
"Funneh is that you?" I asked. I didn't want to get that wrong.
"Hey Alec!" She said looking up at me
I wrapped my arms round her waist and she put her arms around my neck. She looks so pretty.
"You're so short Kat!" I said laughing
"I'm not that short you're just freakishly tall!" She exclaimed punching my arm lightly
"Anyway where are we going?"
"I'll show you cmon!" I said pulling her towards a café
We sat down by the window and I ordered for us.
"Wow this café is so cute! How did you find out about this?" Kat asked
"Ally told me about it!" I said looking out the window
"So how are things between you and Kyran?"
"Good actually. We've definitely become better friends over the years." I responded
"That's brilliant Alec! Are you friends with Evan?"
"Not really. I mean he's ok but we never really liked each other" (I wonder why)
Kat and i finished our drinks and I took her out of the café. I had an idea of where to go but I wasn't sure if she would like it or not. It's been a while since we've talked.
"Wow this area of town looks so cool! I can't believe I've never been here before!" Kat looked around her at all the small businesses that lined the streets
"Wait have you actually never been in this part of town?" I asked
"Nope!"
"I think you'll like where we are going."
"I'm sure I will!" She said smiling

We arrived at the spot 10 minutes later and I told Kat to close her eyes.
"Okay! You'll have to hold my hand though I don't want to fall!" She said laughing
I held her hand and guided her into a field full of pretty flowers with trees surrounding the edges, a swing in a corner and a pretty view over the city.
"Open your eyes Kat!"
"Wow! It looks as though it is out of a fairy tale! I love it!" Kat grabbed my hand and we started running through the grass the sun on our necks.

~9pm~
Me and Kat had so much fun I guess we didn't notice time flying by. It was getting dark and Kat had never been here before so I offered her a lift home.
"Kat do you want a lift home? Its getting pretty late." I said
"Yeah please!"
We left the field and sat in my car resting for a while.
"So Alec are you coming to the meet up with the rest of yh?"
"Yeah! I don't see why not! It should be fun"
"It will be for sure!"
"Where are we all going though?" I asked a bit confused
"Omg I forgot to tell everyone oops" she exclaimed with a guilty tone
"I don't think they'll mind Kat" I said laughing
"Phew. That's good.We are going to a theme park by the way!"
"Really? Awesome!"
I began driving and I decided that even though we were on the way back we could still make the most out of a boring car journey. I pressed a button on my car and opened the sun roof.
"Woah! Look Alec we can see the stars now!" Kat exclaimed craning her head up at the star filled with white dots.
"Yeah! Don't they look cool?"
"Yeah they do! Quite a few people I know say stargazing is boring but i think it's amazing."
I had only ever been stargazing once but it was pretty fun so I obviously agreed.
"Yeah it is! Ally loves space and she has a telescope that we could borrow If you want to go with me?" I asked smoothly
"Yeah of course! That sounds like loads of fun!"
We pulled into her driveway and said goodbye. "Thanks for tonight Alec it was amazing! Also thank you for the lift!"
"Anytime! Cya soon Kat." I said pulling out of her driveway
She opened the door and was met by gold who pulled her into a hug followed by Evelyn. There was lots of screaming as the door closed so I assumed Kat was telling them all about it.
