You wake up and check your phone as usual every morning. You see you have a text from an unknown number

I wanted to reply, i really did but I just couldn't. I head to training as usual hoping to get my mind off of it.
Mason - hey dec
You - hi
You walk over to the pitch without waiting for mason or anyone else. It was time for gareths talk
Gareth talks about tactics and everything else
Gareth - i also wanted to clear somethings up. Maisie
When maisie turned up to speak, i just felt like i had been punched in the stomach. She was explaining what had happened. Everyone was forgiving her. But what about what she said to me. She wanted to end our friendship but no everyone forgave her. I couldn't bare it any longer. So I got up and ran. I ran as far away as i could. I could here everyone calling dec declan rice but i didn't turn around. I went to the local pub
Waiter - what would you like to drink

You - yes thanks
Waiter - one water
You drink the water and leave a £10 note. You decide to head to head home. When you get home you see a bunch of messages. Some from Maisie, Gareth, Mason, Luke and many others.

It is 6 and everyone arrives. You put on yesterdays one and order some food and have a brew.
Bukayo - can we address the elephant in the room
You - fine. I don't know what I think about Maisie. I want to forgive her but i feel like i just can't. She wanted to end our friendship
Luke - yeah. What i don't understand is how gareth forgave her easy
Mason - something must of happened last night. I can ask Jack
Bukayo - the new sherlock homes
Everyone laughs

He shows the phone to Bukayo and luke.

You - what's happened
Mason - so you know gareth told everyone that he asked phil to find out about andreas. Well jack said that phil was the one that wanted to speak to gareth
You - what. That means maisie doesn't know the full story
Mason - yeah
You - i need to speak to her. You stay here and watch love island. I'm not gonna mention jack at all
You leave and message maisie to meet you at the noodle bar

Maisie - yeah you
You - yeah
Maisie - i've missed you dec
You - i've missed you too but you wanted to end our friendship
Maisie - i was annoyed, overwhelmed by everything. I owe you so much, you have shown me my love for football again. After the injury, i told myself i was never going to enjoy football again. She got away with everything and left me with nothing dec. but you showed me what i was missing by asking me to watch. I am so sorry dec. my life was completed for minute. After the accident something in my life was always missing but you gained that for me. Going to denmark i felt complete but when i got back home and lost you. I remembered that incomplete feeling. I need you back in my life dec. you are my best friend but i understand if you don't want to.

You - what if this happens again. I can't bare going through the pain of losing one of my best friends again. I am so proud of you for coming back into football. I am.

You - yeah of course i am. I really thought you was going to say no. I just wanted to give it ago because i didn't want to loose you. We barely saw each other before you came back to football. I missed you so much. There would always be something either you were at a model show or i was at a match but you said yes. It gave me hope. I knew you were a real one putting, me before you

You - bukayo, luke and mason are at mine watching love island and having a brew
Maisie - phil and jack are back at the house prolly watching love island as well

Maisie - oh yes his first celebrity crush was Fiz

Maisie - gareth is prolly watching David Attenborough or Downton Abbey
You - oh yes of course. He used to get really annoyed at us if we interupted him watching anything

He hands you the bowl of rice
Maisie - some rice to share for the one and only southy and ricey duo

You - i don't mind. To be honest I really don't wanna watch love island

You - typical should we go there then

You head to kyles and raheems and just chat. You fall asleep lol.
