A hearing and a toad woman

Harry POV

Things didn't go well on the ministry. For some reason, they wanted to let expell me and Harry for doing underage magic and to be worst, Infront of a muggle, even if it was Dudley, the bully cousin of Harry. Sirius erased his memories but for some reason, we were called for a hearing. My mother was furious but it wasn't Sirius fault, there wasn't any danger until the dementors appeared in a surprise attack. So, we didn't have choice but to go to the hearing, with Sirius as a witness and best of all, he was a auror, so, they couldn't reject him. When we enter the place of the hearing, the three of us were surprised to see the whole Wizengamot on there.

"What's the meaning of this?" Sirius asked angry "this is a student hearing, not a trial!"

"You are correct, lord Black" said Minister Bones "care to explain, mr Fudge?". Cornelius Fudge gulped, as his plan had backfire. At his side, was a....woman?. Or was it a Toad?. Her face was one of anger, like she didn't look happy about seeing as breathing. I wonder if she send those dementors.

"They have broke the law, minister" Fudge said "they use magic and they have to pay the consequences!". I raised my hand, I feel like an idiot but if I speak without permission, it would be worst.

"Yes, mr Potter?" Said Madam Bones

"We use the patronum charm because dementors attack us" I said "we could have run off but there was a muggle and it wouldn't be right if he had been kiss by those horrible creatures, even if said muggle was my bully of a cousin"

"Dementors?. On a muggle town?!" Madam Bones repeated horrified "I wasn't informed of this!. Fudge!!!!"

"Hem hem" said the toad woman

"Need a mint?" Sirius asked. Many in the Wizengamot chuckled at those words and Madam Bones was trying not to laugh.

"Very funny, lord Black" said the toad "but what proof do you have of dementors attacking you?"

"How about we show you all our memories and to make it fair, you can take them, minister Bones" Naruto said "that way, we show you what happened"

"Not need" said Madam Bones "Dolores, I would suggest you not to speak to two heirs of noble houses that way, unless you want to make enemies of them and considering you are of a minor house, it would be bad for you". The toad woman aka Dolores, blushed and growled "you are free of all charges, considering you defended yourselves and I will be looking into this. It's smell to You-Know- Who written all of over it"

"Minister, you don't really believe that nonsense?" Fudge said

"Mr Fudge, you are no longer minister, only a minister worker" said Madam Bones "I saw the memories of both mr Namikaze and mr Potter, I saw him with a body and he is as dangerous. You may have noticed that there are some members of the Wizengamot missing?"

"Yes, I was going to ask about that" Fudge said, like a total idiot

"They are in Azkaban" Madam Bones said. Fudge eyes widened at that "thanks to these boys memories, I found many and before you said it's impossible, they had many burns, after all, mr Namikaze, defeat them like a true future auror. Naruto blushed at the praise "same goes to you, mr Potter, you fought the most dangorous dark lord and won, I am impressed". I blushed this time at the praise "you can go"

"Thank you, Amelia" said Sirius "I be seeing you tomorrow"

"No, I want to speak to you about something" she said "meet me at my office in one hour after you bring the boys home"

"Of course, Amelia" Sirius said "see you in a hour. "Let's go boys" . Naruto and I nodded as exist the room and then ministry towards the Namikaze manor.
