!Meeting Each Other! TR + HP

 It was halfway through their 4th year and Tessa was forced to go to Hogwarts to get an education. Dumbledore and the other Professors went over the rules with her being there. She would have to have hand and feet chains or her at all times, she wasn't allowed to be near Harry Potter at all. Draco, her cousin was the person in charge of her when she joins, and she had to have her own dorm room without anyone near it.

"Everyone, i have to in form you on something that is happening tonight" Dumbledore said as his voice boomed through the great hall. "We have a new student joining us tonight. Her name? Tessa Riddle."

the whole great hall started to get louder as everyone raised their voices and complained. Harry Potter's face went blank as he thought Voldemort was sending her to kill him. 

"Shes going to kill me." Harry said to Ron and Hermione

"Harry! no, stop that right now. i dont want to hear that non sense. she is not going to kill you. she is joining to learn! plus, im sure Dumbledore set ground rules for her too.

"Pft! Mione your talking non sense, she definetly is." Ron says as Hermione hits him on his shoulder. "What!? I'm trying to be real here, even i know that she is."

"But the chances of her doing that is, well, 50/50.." Hermione adds

"So you dont know." Harry says in a sassy tone. "Brilliant."

"ATTENTION STUDENTS." Dumbledore yells as everyone turns their attention on him and quiets down. "Thank you. Now, we have set some basic ground rules for her to follow and she has 3 free passes, and if she uses them all, she goes back home." He states. "Now if you will welcome me in welcoming her to her new home, please welcome, Tessa Riddle."

Just as he says that Tessa is revealed through the doors and can be seen with four soldiers holding her. One in the front, one in the back, and two holding her arms. she had handcuffs on her wrists and ankles and was slowing guided to walk down to the sorting hat. as she was released from the soldiers she sat down on the chair, and without the sorting hat touching her head is sorted into Slytherin. she went and sat down at her table next to Draco, her cousin and settles down.

The next morning in DADA Harry was late and sat down at a table diagonally to the right of Tessa's and looks over at her, sketching lyrics for a song on a notepad. Her face was fussing due to the pain of the chains and was clearly uncomfortable from them. Harry felt bad for her. he didn't want to see other people in pain just to keep himself safe. 

"Professor, take Tessa's chains off her hands. She is clearly not comfortable and from what i can tell not a threat to me either." Harry said. Tessa's face slowly raised up in shock to see Harry Potter, the one who her father is trying to kill being nice to her.

"Potter, she is not allowed them off, she is in fact a threat to everyone even if she doesn't look like it. she has been to Azkaban 5 times. This is mandatory." Moody states.

"Yes Sir, I know but i believe Dumbledore told me she could have them off if i allowed it, all i'm asking is the hand cuffs. Please sir." Harry pleads. and Smiles at Tessa

"Whatever you say Potter. If she hurts someone here its your fault." Moody says taking off her cuffs with his wand. and walks away to his office.

Tessa then rubs her wrists and looks at Harry with a small, genuine smile. and whispers "Thank you"

"No worries, I wouldn't want to see someone in pain even if they deserved it." Harry says and moves to the table beside her. and could see her face light up. as no one would sit in the table in front of her, behind, or to the side. "My names Harry, Harry Potter. But i'm sure you already know that" he says with a chuckle and Tessa laughs as well. Ron and Hermione looked over in disbelief and looked away.

"I-I'm Tessa, Riddle, it is.. And im sure you know that too!" She says as Harry Laughs loudly and they shake each others hands. As they do they both blush and go bright red.
