"Earth to Yang Jeongin!!" Bangchan shouted at his friend who was spacing out, again

"What the hell! Are you trying to ruin my earlobes" Jeongin whinned as he finally took a bite of the cheesecake that Chan gave him which was brought by Minho

"Mhmm this is delicious! Minho hyung gave it to you right? But why are you letting me eat this?" Jeongin asked raising his brow

"He's trying to hit on me again but I don't really like sweet things an I don't want you to starve" The older male replied

"Anyway why were you spacing out earlier? Don't tell me your daydreaming of Jisung, again" Chan added as he felt a pang of jealousy. He really like Jeongin hit Jeongin likes Jisung who likes Minho and unfortunately Minho likes him.

"Prom is coming and I really want to ask jisung hyung, but I'm sure he will be with Minho hyung" Jeongin sighed with a sad look plastered on his face

"Hey, Minho likes me remember? I could just ask him so you can go with jisung" Chan insisted, even though he really doesn't want to he didn't like seeing the younger sad.

"Pfft I know you don't like being with him... Hey! Why don't we just go together, I mean if you're not hitting on someone then why can't we. It isn't required to go with your lover" said jeongin.

"Let's just skip the prom. Even though I go with you. I'm sure we wont enjoy it specially you seeing Jisung and Minho together" Chan really wanted to go with Jeongin but jut like he said Jeongin will just get hurt even more and he only wants to see the latter smiling even if that means sacrificing his own feelings.

"I do want to skip but this is a rare opportunity that I don't wanna miss, besides there are a lot of students attending we wont probably meet them there, so please let's just go~" Jeongin begged showing his puppy eyes that no humans can resist.

"Fine" Chan sighed in defeat

They continued eating and enjoying their 30 minutes break until Minho arrived with a flower on his hand which he probably picked up on the school's garden without a teacher's permission.

"Chan hyung do you want to go to the prom with me?" Minho asked confidently while handling the flower to Chan and to his surprise the older received it but his luck has gone when Chan gave the flower to Jeongin

"I'm sorry I'm going with Jeongin" said chan as minho pouted

"Okay... Have fun with your date then" with that minho left carrying loads of pain.

"I feel bad" Jeongin mumbled

"Don't be, I don't like him anyway" Chan replied

Jeongin nodded then took a glance on his watch and when he found out that they only have 5 minutes left before their next class starts he quickly bid goodbye to his bestfriend then went to his locker to get his books.

He slowly opened his locker only to meet a large amount of books that started falling on him, guess he really studies a lot. With a heavy sigh, he picked up his books one by one not noticing that there was someone from his back who piled up his books until their hands accidentally touched, jeongin slowly lifted up his head as his mouth dropped when he saw the guy who was in his mind all this time. He slapped himself mentally then putted his books back to his locker not forgetting to get some for his remaining classes.

"Thanks" Jeongin mumbled as he closed his locker

"No problem, you really should start reducing your books there. I mean you can always go to the library" said Jisung as they both headed towards the History room which was their next class.

"I prefer being alone" Jeongin replied

"Youre literally way more different from your friend Chan. Being one of the honor students doesn't mean you can have fun. Anyways do you have your date for the prom?" The older male asked as jeongin started daydreaming again buy quickly shrugged and answered jisung.

"Yeah but he isn't really the one whom I want to go with. There's someone who I really like and I wanted to ask him, but I dont think I have a chance" Jeongin frowned

"That sucks but we are in the same situation. You know how I really like Minho but he likes your bestfriend" And there it goes again, Jeongin badly wants to cry and tell jisung how much he likes him but there he was, listening to his crush talking about his love for someone else.

"Well why don't you ask Minho out, i'm going with chan so you might have a chance" Jeongin suggested, forcing himself to show a smile

"Really? Yay thanks!" One happy boy yet another feelings was sacrificed

Days passed by and the prom finally came, Jeongin decided to dress nicely but not too fancy since for him the day wasn't really that special. Few minutes passed his date finally arrived as they both headed to the venue with different mood, Chan eas happy to have a date with the love of his life while Jeongin who was just showing a fake smile but soon turned into a teary eye when he saw Minho and Jisung together. Chan noticed it and quickly dragged Jeongin to a mini garden at the back of the venue.

"We shouldn't really had come. It's okay Jeongin-ah, just let out your feelings I'm here to listen" Chan softly mumbled also hugging the younger and as if it was a cue Jeongin started crying his heart out

"I'm so dumb, I'm a fucking dumb! I already knew jisung likes someone else why couldn't I forget my feelings for him!" Jeongin ranted

"You aren't dumb, forgetting your feelings for someone else isn't really easy but i know you are strong you can get over this jeongin" Chan comforted

They stayed at each other's embrace, jeongin crying on Chan's chest while Chan hugging him and saying some comfort words. Another minute passed Chan couldn't handle himself anymore, he started tearing up too, he wished Jeongin would cry because of him(in a good way),he wished Jeongin could just have the same feelings for him but what he could only do is wish.

Until then, they heard some presence coming their way and turns out to be the people they don't want to deal right now

"What happened?" Jisung asked as he and Minho sat towards the two crying boys

"Uh... I've confessed to him earlier but he doesn't feel the same towards me so he started crying and apologizing" Jeongin thought it was a lie but little did he knew Chan's feelings wasnt

"Wow fate really is unpredictable, we experienced the same too. Probably earlier but yeah" Jisung chuckled but deep inside he was still hurt

"Oh so you aren't together?" Chan asked

"Yeah, you already know I like you right. Even though I answer him our relationship won't probably work out" said Minho

"Oh sorry, I already like---" Chan's words got cutted off

"I know, I know you like Jeongin" Minho said nonchalantly

"How did you?" Chan asked completely confused

"Dude the way you stare at him, protect him speak to him. Everyone literally knows except jeongin himself" said minho leaving a shocked jeongin who was still processing the tea he just got

"It sucks that we like someone who likes someone else" Jisung spoke as they all started laughing but ended up crying then mumbled

"I wish I was him"

Four boys yet theres only one thought occupying their mind, that maybe cupid ran out of arrows and only hit one heart yet they still hoped cupid will comeback with complete arrows and do their job right
