Funeral

I opened my umbrella before walking out to the courtyard , we all walked out in a line some of us were crying some of us weren't.

We all stood around ben's casket, I stood next to Klaus.

"Your father is ready to give the eulogy, children." Pogo said

"The world is full of injustice." "Good people die along with the bad." "This cosmic equation will never change Unless Evil itself is wiped from existence." "Thankfully there are powerful forces pushing back against the wicked and iniquitous, individuals who have strength to pull together
Against insurmountable odds to face adversity with unblinking courage, and not to hesitate to sacrifice themselves for another." Said our father

I sobbed

"Unfortunately, none of you are such people."
"Despite years of training"
"And weeks of preparation, you allowed number six to die on this mission."

Allison gasps "it wasn't our fault-"

"Excuses"

Luther puts his hand on Allison's shoulder

"I will not hear them."

"The umbrella academy has failed one of their own, the consequences of which are dire."

Tears rolled down my cheek

"Hold onto this feeling, children."

Sniffing

"Let it fester in your hearts..."
"So there is never a next time."
"Training will be canceled today out of respect for your brother. We resume tomorrow at 6:00 a.m." he walked away Grace and pogo followed after

Sobbing

"It wasn't anybody's fault." Said Vanya

"How would you know, Vanya?
You weren't even on the mission." Diego replied

Vanya whimpers as she leaves

"Nice going, asshole" Luther said

"What? We were all thinking it." Diego said back
"Oh, so you're thinking, Diego?
That's a first." Allison commented

"Screw you!" Diego said to Allison
"Hey!" Luther shouted

"We all know it was Y/N's fault" Diego said

"Of course it was my fault!"
"It's always MY FAULT!"  I yelled at Diego

"If we would've helped this wouldn't have happened." Luther said

"Exactly!"
"But you didn't so here we are now."  I replied as I wiped my tears

Diego leaves Luther follows along with Allison

"I'm gonna go inside See you in a bit"  I said to Klaus

"Alright" he replied

I walked inside, it was quiet. I walked upstairs and went to Ben's room I picked up his favorite book I always wondered what was so interesting in this book that he would always read it.
I mean I was a book worm so I never asked about the book, but that day I decided to read the book.
I left the book mark exactly where he had left it I read the book from the beginning.

I laid down on his bed reading the book I stayed there the rest of the day, the book was pretty interesting.

After reading the book for a while I put the book back on his side table.
I stood up I took a quick glance at his room and then left, I entered my bedroom I sat down on this pink vintage armchair I thought someone times I just really wish I could be a regular teenage girl but that wasn't made for me I guess.

I blacked out, didn't even freak out I already knew what was happening I saw some sorta girl and these big lockers "you are all very welcomed here at our school" end of vision

"School?!?!" I whispered to myself "what could we be doing at a school" i said again to myself then I just shrugged it off
