"Is she okay" you asked worried as soon as you saw Jennifer's mom
"Here bring her this. She's in bed" her mom handed you a tray of soup to bring to your girlfriend
"Hey princess" you walked into her room
She opened her eyes and tried to sit up
"Shh baby it's just me" you placed the tray down and rushed to her not wanting her to hurt herself
"How do you feel"
"Like boo boo..I just got my appendix taken out"
"I heard" you joked but she wasn't feeling it
"Your mom wanted me to bring up some soup" she shook her head as a way of telling you she doesn't want it.
You climbed in bed next to her and she emdeatly wrapped her arms around you
"My baby" you cooed kissing her head
"Close your eyes"
"But I wanna spend time with you" she complained half asleep
"I won't leave you" you started to rub her back fully lulling her to sleep
Flashback to at school
You were in geometry the only class you didn't have with Jennifer. You were thinking about her she acted a little strange this morning
"You sure your okay babe?" You asked you had gotten her her favorite pink donut with sprinkles and she wouldn't even touch it
"Yeah my stomach is just cramping up" she pressed it softly
"If it still hurts during study hall I have a small hot water bottle in my locker we can put on it" she nodded before leavening her head on your shoulder as you finished driving to school
Suddenly a very pale and sweaty Jennifer burst through the door f the classroom
"Y/n I need you"
What happened? Who died? Jennifer who did you kill?
We're all thoughts rushing through your head
"Excuse me one moment" you said to your teacher leading you and Jennifer out into the hallway
"Y/n I really don't feel well" she leaned against the wall
She didn't look well either
"there isn't much I can do love" you moved some hair off her warm sticky face
"You do feel a little warm" you pressed a kiss to her forehead trying to see if she had a temperature
"Why don't we go to the nurse..I'll walk you" you tried to lead her again grabbing her hand but she stayed still
You looked back to be met with her pleading eyes
"Don't look at me like that baby" you pouted walking back to her and enfolding her into a hug
"I just want you to take me home. And cuddle me while we watch a movie" her eyes filled with tears
"I can't...I mean..I could call your mom" you said trying to rationalize you didn't want Jennifer to start crying
"No I want you" tears spilled out of her eyes
"Oh babygirl" you kissed her cheek hugging her tighter

"Baby" she breathed wrapping her arms tighter around your waist
It was lunch and she was sat snuggled in your lap obviously sick
"Jennifer please in getting worried"
"She refuses to go to the nurse" You explained to chip and needy
"I'm calling your mom" you pulled out your phone
"Hey Mrs.check...yes it's Y/n" you started to talk Jennifer got out of your lap making you look at her confused
"Owww Y/N" she started to sob
"One second" you took the phone away from her ear
"Jennifer baby I know your in pain please just let me help you" you pleaded
"Then help me Y/n help ...help" she yelled before she fell to the floor
"SHIT...SOMEONE CALL 911...HELP I NEED AN AMBULANCE" you yelled
You had already disregarded your phone and were leaning over Jennifer unconscious body
"Jennifer baby..wake up..please Jennifer wake up" you stroked her cheeks

"Sorry you didn't mind if I stayed did you" you asked Jennifer's mom
It was getting later into the night and you had left Jennifer's still sleeping body to get her some water and some more medicine for when she wakes up
"I don't mind at all..I know she would prefer you up there with her than me...but I really can't ask you to do that...I don't want her to keep you up all night"
It wouldn't be the first time 😏
"You didn't ask I offered.... plus I really don't think she'll let me leave" you chuckled lightly
"But please don't feel any pressure to stay...at anytime you feel you want to go home please do"
"Thank you...your very sweet"
"Y/N" you heard Jennifer cry from the bedroom
"That would be me" you excused yourself fastly making your way back up the steps
"I didn't leave you...I'm right here" you rushed to her aide
"I know you didn't...I missed you" she puked you back into bed"
" I missed you too" you chuckled at Jennifer
She's never been needy like this before
