"Hey kylie?" Jagger asked while they were getting ready for dinner. The whole entire Team USA was having dinner. It was 72 hours until opening ceremonies."What's up?" She asked from behind the bathroom door. She had just taken a shower and was in her towel about to blow dry her hair.
"Can you uh open the door I wanted to talk to you." Kylie swung the door open. Her towel covered enough but that didn't stop Jagger from getting tight in his shorts.
"I'm really sorry about what i said the first night. I uh didn't mean it. Uh i never really uh." He was getting more bothered by the second. He was sure if his shirt wasn't long enough she would be able to see. It angered him how attractive she was to him, he didn't want anything to do with her past next week. But something kept pulling him in, that something being the attraction toward her perfect face, and the way her hair fell on her shoulders. Her curves and perfect body, just thinking about this made his hard even worse. "You know what never mind. I uh meant everything I said." He slammed the door in her face and walked out the hotel room.Kylie stood in shock, replaying what just happened. He was apologizing, she thought maybe the media was wrong about him, and they made a fake character. And then it's like his whole aura changed, and he left, and took back the apology. Why though? What had she done to him? She understood that it was hard on both of them with the room situation. There was nothing they could do about that though, and she tried to ignore him as much as possible. Since they had gotten there, Jagger always started the conversation. Not Kylie, so what was his problem? It was so frustrating to Kylie that she was ready in an hour. When she gets upset, she works faster. She still had another 45 minutes till dinner, so she sat on her bed and called her family again. 30 minutes later, Jagger walked into the room, hair rustled and fresh hickies on his neck. Kylies heart fell, although she didn't know why. Who was this guy to her? A team member she met yesterday. Why was she upset, or even hurt? He was no one to her... or was he more then she had ever thought.
After dinner, they had gone back to the room. Kylie decided to go practice. She changed into her leotard. She walked out of the bathroom and saw Jagger talking to his family. She grabbed her bag and team tracksuit. She put it on and grabbed her water bottle. She grabbed the room key and her phone and thought about telling Jagger where she was going. She decided against it and walked towards the door. Before her hand reached the handle, she heard Jagger speak, "Hey where you going?"
"Oh uh i'm going to just practice for a few, i have a few passes that my landings are wobbly and i just wanna perfect them." She answered him nervously. She didn't wanna get upset over a stupid comment he was gonna make.
"Oh, could i maybe come with you? Nyjah and Shawn decided to go out and I just didn't feel like it, but I also don't wanna sit in the room all night." Kylie didn't know how to respond. She didn't want to have him there, what if he nit picked her on everything.
"Um maybe yea sure i guess." She stumbled over her words.
"Okay cool, just let me grab my phone."
The two walked down to practice together. Jagger sat in the bleachers, while Kylie went to put her bag down and stretch. After she stretched she hooked her phone up to the speaker and marked her floor routine. She didn't want to go full out yet. She stretched alittle more. She decided to run the routine now. Jagger looked at her with awe. He watched her run the passes and how easy she made it look. She stepped off the mat on one and he saw her face fall. He really was wrong, she wanted that gold just as much as he did. Now he really felt like a dick. Speaking of dick, it happened again. It was gonna be a long next hour.
