Y/N was sitting down on the couch, Zwei laying down on his lap. They were enjoying the peace and quiet, it was nice. It was finally summer, Y/N could finally relax and get enough sleep, it was paradise. He had nothing to worry about anymore, he was just left with his thoughts.
Is what he wanted.
"Turn that down, Yang!" Blake snarled at the blonde who was watching YouTube, "I'm trying to read!"
"Then go read upstairs, kitty cat." Yang told her, her eyes glued to the screen.
"I can't! Ruby's taking forever in there and Y/N doesn't want anyone in his room!"
Y/N grew irritated while Zwei tried his best to cover his ears.
"Argh, how did he do it?!" He heard Weiss's frustrated groans from the kitchen.
"Just turn it down. Would it kill you to do that?" Blake was starting to lose her patience.
Yang finally looked at Blake and with a tiny smirk, turned the volume up, making Blake claw the cover of the book with her nails.
Y/N saw this and stepped in, "Yang just turn down the volume before my book get's scratched any more."
"But-"
"Just do it, Yang."
Yang groaned before turning down the volume then glanced over to Blake who had a smug grin on her face, making Yang roll her eyes before muttering a "whatever".
Blake mouthed a thank you to Y/N who didn't bother to say it back. A frustrated groan came from the kitchen followed by stomping.
"How did you do it!?" Weiss frustratedly asked Y/N as she entered the room.
"Let me guess, the chess thing?" Y/N sighed, a look of annoyance flooding his face.
"Yes, it is the chess thing!" Weiss sat beside him, "You beat me with two moves! That's impossible!"
"You made an opening to your king. Moved my pawn to E6 and my Queen to H4, what's so frustrating about that?"
"B-but. . . how?!"
"I'm amazed how stubborn and stupid you can be at the same time."
"D-don't call me stupid!"
"Then don't be."
Y/N patience was tipping, all he wanted was some quiet, time to himself. How could he be so stupid.
Yang howled with laughter as Mark got jumpscared, and Blake gripped the book tighter.
"Let me remind you that you are talking to a huntress!"
"Yes, a huntress that acts like a stubborn child."
Yang held her stomach from too much laughing, making Blake's patience tip a bit.
"Can you please shut up, Yang?" Blake glared at her.
Yang rolled her eyes at her, "First you make me lower the volume now you don't want me to laugh?"
"Not when you laugh that loud."
"I can't control the way I laugh, Blake."
"You know you can, Yang."
The continued arguing, things ramping up between them as Weiss continued arguing with Y/N.
"How dare you! I am not stubborn!" Weiss whined.
"Trust me, Ice Queen. I wouldn't say you're stubborn if you weren't." Y/N told her.
