Author's pov;

The door opened revealing.... the Teacher.

You widened your eyes and pushed Kobe off of you and stood up, him following your actions. 

You; "I-it's not what you think." -you said, nervously.

Kobe; "Yeah, the racks just fell." -he said, scratching behind his neck.

Teacher; "Are you sure?"

You & Kobe; "Yes, sir."

Teacher; "Well hurry up and grab what you need." -he eyed you both before leaving.

You looked up at Kobe and Kobe looked down at you, you both chuckled. You then got the objects and left the room. 

Once you got back into the gym area, you spotted Bella glaring at you. You rolled your eyes and went over to your friends. 

Jennie; "Why does she have to glare at you like that?"

Mia; "Because (Y/N) was with Kobe. Like, duh."

You; "Yeah. Anyways, I want to introduce you to my childhood best friend."

You smiled and looked over at Julian before shouting his name.

You; "Julian! Come over here!"

He looked your way and then came over to you, standing besides you.

Julian; "Hey, princess." -he smiled.

Mia; "Oh wow. He's cute." 

You; "I know. Julian, this is Mia and Jennie, Jennie and Mia, this is Julian." 

Julian; "Hey, girls, nice to meet you."

Jennie & Mia; "Nice to meet you too."

??; "(coughs) Aren't you going to introduce me?"

Julian chuckled.

Julian; "And this is Mattia, my new friend."

You; "Well-"

Jennie; "Nice to meet you too, cutie!"

You looked at the girls and saw that their eyes were only on Mattia, practically drooling over him. 

Mattia; "Yeah, nice to meet all of you."

You all started randomly talking--

Teacher; "Okay I changed my mind. We're going to play Girls and Boys basketball."

Mia; "Oh come on!"

Teacher; "Deal with it. 2 teams!"

1- Bella, Mattia, Jake, Chloe, Winter, Kelsey.
2- Julian, Derek, (Y/N), Kobe, Jennie, Mia.

Leader 1- Bella.
Leader 2- (YN).

You; "Yes, we're all together. But sadly Mattia isn't with us."

Mattia; "No it's fine. Later."

Mattia went over to his team and Kobe and Derek ran over to you and the girls. 

~time skip~

It was your team against Bella's, you've won so far, but now it's time for the final round. You looked at Bella and saw her smirking at you.

Oh God, what is she thinking? -you thought.

You gasped when you felt someone tap your shoulder, you look back and saw Kobe.

Kobe; "You okay?"

You; "Yeah."

Teacher; "Okay! Get in your places!"

You all stood in your places, getting ready.

Teacher; "And... Game On!"

The games started. Right now, you were trying to tackle the ball away from Bella, during that time, she spoke.

Bella; "You won't take away Kobe from me."

You; "Who said I will?"

Bella; "You're getting with close to him."

You; "He's my friend, what's wrong with that?" -you asked, raising your eyebrows.

You waited for her response but all you got was a glare from her. 

Bella; "Of course it's wrong!" -she yelled and threw the ball at your face, and you fell back to the floor.

Derek; "(Y/N)!"

You slowly got up and held your bleeding nose, turning around you saw your members running towards you.

Mia; "Are you okay?!"

You; "N-no, my nose is bleeding."

Derek quickly took off his shirt and removed your hand from your nose, wiping off the blood. The girls removing your hair from your face.

Kobe; "Bella!" -he yelled and went towards her.

Bella; "Yes, Kobe?"

Kobe; "Why did you do that?!"

Bella; "Because she said that she'll take you away from me."

You looked at her in disbelief after hearing what she said.

You; "Liar! I never said that to you!"

Bella; "No, you're lying!"

Meanwhile, the other students and the Teacher just sighed, watching the scene.

Kobe; "Is that true, (Y/N)?"

You; "What?"

Kobe; "Is it true about what Bella's saying?"

Derek; "Hey, my sister never lies!"

Kobe; "Same with my girlfriend!"

They both growled as they stared at each other.

You; "Okay, stop it!" 

They both stopped and looked at you.

 You; "Kobe, if you don't believe me, okay then, think that I'm the liar. But you know what? Let's not talk to each other anymore. Let's just be strangers to each other."
