Ch. 1 Revenge Of Heaven Base

ABODE BASE, 2X28

In a small Lab of the M-city base; the Abode base, a women dressed in faded, light blue patient gown was weakly lying on the bed. Her face was pale white- devoid of any color, her lips were dry and chapped as she stared upward with her jet black eyes with a blank look. Her body was extremely thin and her hands which had several medical tubes attached were bony with red and green veins visible through the fragile yet pale skin.

At that time, a group of five people dressed in clean clothes followed inside leaded by a man and women in medical coat.

Seeing the familiar group of people, as if injected with chicken blood, the women started screaming and shouting with all her remaining energy. Her hollow eyes had fires burning inside as she stared at them with disgust and hate. Her skinny body thrashed against the bed trying the get free from the metal traps over her hands and legs.

The two doctor immediately ran to subdue her frantic action. As the male doctor tried to hold her down, the female doctor immediately injected a tranquilizer into her. Few seconds later, as the medicine started effecting the women felt her body losing her control. With her remaining strength, she stared at the group of people with cold eyes- hate burning deep making the people being stared shiver with fright. As the medicine started kicking and she was forced into sleep, her eyes were reluctant and tears of anguish rolled down her sunken cheeks.

" Xinyu aren't you friend with the base leader son! Can't you ask them to not do this? After all Tian Zaoyi had been protecting us from the start and now we are doing this without her permission." A young man among the group spoke as he looked at the skinny women with guilt.

The women pointed was now leaning on the broad chest of the man beside her and her sorrowful cries filled the room. Her eyes were red and she looked like a delicate and extremely fragile flower which needed protection.

The man she was leaning against supported her delicate figure and patted her back trying to soothe her emotions. His gentle and handsome face had a frown as he looked at the sickly figure on the bed but soon sighed with guilt. Giving a cold glance at the person who spoke, he said,

" Wu jing don't blame Xinyu. Although he and Xinyu are friend but the all the base decision are made by Chief Wang. Xinyu is also sad after all Zaoyi is her cousin. And now it is matter of Survival of the whole world. I'm sure even though Zaoyi is reluctant now and angry at us for reporting her special blood but when she will see the result she will be happy."

Wu jing nodded and tried to make his heart believe the explanation. After some minute his guilt was lessen.

Next to him, the middle aged couple nodded in agreement.

" Yes Zaoyi is a kind girl just like my elder brother. She will surely understand us." The middle aged man was Tian Haoming . The second master of Tian family and Tian Xinyu father. He had a very shrewd face and a pot belly .

" Yes, our Xinyu and Zaoyi have the best relationship. After elder brother in law died with the whole family leaving Zaoyi orphaned , Xinyu accompanied her everyday to help her come out of her grief. " The women who spoke was Su Xiuran. The wife of Tian Haoming had a very gentle face and looked very benevolent as she spoke righteously .

Tian Xinyu finally stopped crying under everyone coaxing and wiped her face which was already red;Her beautiful face looking alluring yet fragile. Leaning out of the man embrace, she walked towards the skinny women and stopped near her and said, " Zaoyi I'm very sorry. If I could take your place, I could definitely but maybe I m not blessed with the blessing to save the world. Please forgive me for choosing the survival of mankind over you but if I was given a chance again I could do the same. I believe you will choose this to. So many people are turning into Zombies and if your blood can a antidote then-"
