•Threatening to hurt or kill ones self or talking about wanting to hurt or kill ones self.
•Looking for ways to kill ones self by seeking access to firearms, available pills, or other means.
•Talking or writing about death, dying, or suicide when these actions are out of ordinary for this person.
•Feeling hopeless.
•Feeling rage, uncontrolled anger, or seeking revenge.
•Acting reckless or engaging in risky activities- seemingly without thinking
•Felling trapped- like there's no way out
•Increasing alcohol or drug use
•Withdrawing from friends, family, and society.
•Feeling anxious, agitated, or unable to sleep or sleeping all the time.
•Experiencing dramatic mood changes.
•Seeing no reason for living or having no sense of purpose in life.
The thing about these is that people see these as everyday things, but when it actually happens they "never" saw it, but they did but never payed any attention to that person at all. I want you guys to know that I'm here for you. And I love all of you very much, I just wish that it was easy for everyone including myself.
