Ch.11 My Sun

■3rd Person POV■

The sky is so bright today, a lot of people are happily smiling under this warm weather. Kageyama nudges his nervous orange haired friend.

Kageyama: oi, relax boke...

Hinata: you too were nervous on your wedding day Bakageyama...

As the groom and his best man are in the middle of their bickering session. Yamaguchi whisper shouts at them to be quiet and point at the entrance.

The moment Hinata's eyes landed on the person who has just entered the outdoor venue, he forgot how to blink. Kageyama smiles seeing his friend's reaction and taps his back.

Y/N walks in escorted by Honda, the closest person that could walk her to the aisle. The nervous girl looks so pretty in her white dress. All of the guests' eyes are on her.

As she meets eyes with Hinata, she shyly smiles at him and Hinata feels a surge of happiness filled him.

Y/N: d-do I look okay?

Y/N asks Hinata in a quiet voice and Hinata couldn't stop but displaying his brightest smile.

Hinata: you are gorgeous....

The two exchange vows and rings in front of their friends and family. The moment they did all of that, Y/N couldn't help the tear from falling. Hinata sees this and cups her cheeks gently.

Hinata: I swear... I'll make you happy...

Y/N smiles at Hinata

Y/N: you already did...

With that, Hinata leans in and presses their lips together. Everyone claps their hands, happy for both Hinata and Y/N.

Hinata brings Y/N to his family and his mother caresses Y/N's cheeks in her hands. Staring at her lovingly.

Hinata's mom: welcome to our family... Y/N...

Y/N is happy and nods, Hinata's mom hugs Y/N followed by Natsu. Honda and his wife come to Hinata and hugs him, patting his back.

Honda: look after her Shoyo... Ieri... I'm sure she's happy that Y/N is with you...

Hinata smiles at the mention of Ieri's name, how he wishes he could show her Y/N in her wedding dress. He remembers the promise he made with her.

Hinata: I'm grateful to have her...

■Hinata's POV■

Y/N and I greet our guests together, most of them are my friends from the jackals, the Japan volleyball team for the Olympics, and my Karasuno volleyball teammates.

I'm so happy to see her smile after being down for a while. Looking at her in her wedding dress, and she looks at me and tilts her head.

She's too beautiful I want to have her in my arms forever...

Y/N: Shoyo?

Hinata: sorry, nothing... I'm just immersed in your beauty....

Sugawara: whoa Hinata can sweet talk like that...

I turn around and sees my friends from Karasuno they're grinning, probably after hearing what I said to Y/N just now. I can feel my face become warm.

Hinata: it's fine though... she's my wife anyway...

Everyone is laughing at me and I can't help but laugh with them. Kageyama approaches us with his wife, she's 2 months pregnant by now.

And there I see Tsukishima walks with his fiance as well, it seems like the two made up by now. It's funny to see Tsukishina tightly hold hands with his girl. He raises an eyebrow at me as I stare at them.

Well, I exactly know how it feels to want to keep the person we love close to us. I look to my side as Y/N talks with Yachi and the other.

My flower...

She looks the best when she's smiling after all...

■Y/N's POV■

Shoyo and I arrived at a hotel that was booked by Shoyo's Karasuno teammates. Because most of our guests were Shoyo's acquaintances we decided to held our wedding here in Miyagi.

The people from my side are only Honda san's family and the doctor and nurses from the small clinic and pharmacy, but only one of the nurses that came. The doctor and the other nurses are sending gift and card that was brought by the one who came.

Hinata: Y/N... come, look at the view...

I put my purse on the sofa and walks to Shoyo who's standing at the balcony. I stand next to him and look at the view of the mountain areas. The wind is so nice at it hits my skin.

Y/N: we need to thank Yamaguchi san and the other again... this room is really nice...

Then, I feel a presence on my back as Shoyo moves behind me. Shoyo's arms gently wrapped around me as he hugs me from behind. He rests his chin on my shoulder and I can feel his breath on my cheek.

Hinata: haha, yes... let's call them or meet them in a few days...

The night wind doesn't make me cold anymore as Shoyo's warmth spreads onto me. He always makes me comfortable in many ways. He makes me warm and lights me up.

I place my hand on the top of Shoyo's and I lean back at him.

Y/N: Shoyo... I'm... thankful to have you...

I really do...

Y/N: if... I don't have you. . What would I be after mom left... you're the person that I lean on when I'm at my weakest... and you warm my life up.... you light me up...

I turn around and look up at Shoyo as he stares at me.

Hinata: Y/N....

My eyes became warm at how happy I am to have this man as my husband. To be this man's wife.

Y/N: I'm... really happy to be your wife Shoyo... I will do my best to be a good wife for you...

Suddenly I was engulfed in his arms as Shoyo pulls me close to him. I was pressed to his strong body as he holds me.

Hinata: I'm... the one who's glad to have you as my wife..  and I will do my best to keep you happy... I love you Y/N... so much...

Shoyo pushes me back a little and tilts my face up. He leans closer and kisses me. He moves a hand to the back of my head and preventing me from pulling away.

I started to have a hard time breathing and I clench the front of his shirt. Shoyo pulls back and I see his flushed face before it changes into a playful smile, Shoyo lifts me up easily.

Y/N: S-Shoyo?

I hold onto his shoulder as he easily walks inside while carrying me. He sits on the bed making me on the top of his lap.

Hinata: this is not right... the sun should be above the flower..

Shoyo turns us around and making me lay on my back on the soft bed. My heart is beating like crazy looking at Shoyo right now.

Hinata: what am I to you?

Shoyo leans in and kisses my cheek, and I became nervous.

Y/N: m-my husband?

Shoyo stares at me and caresses my cheek.

Hinata: what else? The one that you always say...

He is...

Y/N: you... are my sun...

Hinata: I will always be...

With that Shoyo leans in and kisses me again. I'm so happy to be in his arms because he always makes me feels safe.

He's the love of my life...

The one who lights me up...

The one who warm me up...

He is...
