Things that happened in the former chap:

•Kiyo and Ichinose outside the dorm
•Nagumo caught red-handed

After the previous scene where various revelations were shown to the crowd. Some students are steadily losing their wariness on Ayanokouji and it then shifted towards the Student Council President Nagumo.

Sharing one's secret’s to the others, even how small or insignificant it is for the sharer, are already considered a grave crime and unforgivable act to the eyes of the masses. 

And this is the current situation, Nagumo is in,

“Nagumo-senpai.” 

Kanzaki the second-in-command of Class C then called out the main suspect,

Nagumo then looked into him without responding.

“The time Ichinose comes back here, I want you to go into your knees and apologize!”

The rest, mostly those that are close to the victim nodded, agreeing that Nagumo should at least apologize even though it's already a history.

But he doesn't have any plan in doing it, not in the least.

Nagumo then turned his head to them and grinned widely, while bursting into laughter.

“HAHAHHAHAHA.”

Everyone was shocked. 

They thought that Nagumo already learned his lesson from being hounded earlier but he's not.

Nagumo's wickedness shows to everyone that he doesn't really feel a bit of guilt for doing those things towards Ichinose.

”HAHAHA if you guys think that I only did it once? You're absolutely wrong! It just that gu- ARGHHH fuck it! HAHAHAHA!”

No one expects him to act like this right now. The presidents they know are composed, cunning, arrogant and sane, but those characteristics are nowhere to be seen.

With that, Kanzaki lost his respect for the president and was planning to approach him then give him a beating.

But before he could even move a leg, D snapped, and he remained in his seat.

“Come on D, let us smack him once!”

The students urged D to let Kanzaki land a punch on Nagumo, but the one handling the event didn't listen to them.

”No violence.”

“But what about the case of Housen-kun?”

They then opened the topic of Housen being one punch by Ayanokouji before he left.

“He deserves it.”

“Eh?”

”What an unreasonable guy.”

Already had enough of the students' complaints and the break is already finished. D then once again starts the program and the dialogues are running into the screen.

“Ayanokōji…”

On guard, Kamuro’s body stiffened up.

However, as usual, Sakayanagi didn’t show any changes. She kept herself composed with relaxed, calm movements.
