[Bernards POV]
My name is Bernard Tappa. I come from London, and recently moved to the US with my friend CC. She has been my bestfriend since primary school. We moved to Illinois.
We bought a cozy little house in Peoria.
It's nice here, we habe finally settled down into a living space after college.....little did I know, all good things must come to an end...
"Bernardd! Wake up, come on!" My friend had yelled after opening my door. "No...I didnt get that much sleep from the thunderstorm last night..." I said, practically whining at her. "Fine..I guess its a lazy Sunday then." She said having a additude laced in her voice.
CC always liked waking me up in the morning so we could start the day together. She is a very clingy friend, sometimes I let her sleep in my bed because she gets scared at night. CC has maijor separation anxiety, she goes with me everywhere I go almost. Which I dont mind at all, I find it nice hanging out with her.
She walked in the room and jumped on my bed hugging me. "Is it going to be a cuddlely morning CC?" I asked her while smiling. "Yeah..I kinda had a small panic attack last night from being scared..I should have came in here, but I didnt..I thought I could-" I hugged her and she immediately bursted into tears while hugging me back.
"Im sorry Bernard! I should have told you sooner than I did!" She kept crying. "CC, its ok. You need to realise that you werent ready to say something..and that's ok. You where in a bad spot, and shaken up." I said running my hand through her hair, as a attempt to calm her down. It was always successful.
She nodded and snuggled me and we both fell back asleep together.
