there's a suffocating silence between namjoon and hyejin inside namjoon's car
he looked at her again for the nth time
he have been checking up to her since this morning because of her quietness that is not so like her , yes she is more calmer and quieter that her members but he can feel that there's something wrong , she have been just staring blankly outside as they passed the busy streets of the city going to her unit to get her things for the short trip
"hey " he called her attention , she didn't respond from the first call so he needed to call her again for the second time
"hyejinah" the stoplight turned red so he had a chance to hold her hand that was resting ontop of her lap
"oh ?" she asked him
" are you okay ??? i've been calling you since earlier " he asked worriedly
" yes uhm... maybe because it's morning" she reasoned out but he is far from being convinced by her
He wanted to ask her more but the light turned green and he needs to drive again
As they park the car hyejin sighed she unlocks her seatbelt and opened the door .
Namjoon did the same after securing that he turned the car off properly
"Jinny " he held her hands
She looked up to him
"Yes ?"
He sighed "nothing ... Just .... Just stay by my side if you don't want to tell me why you're gloomy then just stay beside me all the time so i can protect you " he said
"You dont need to protect me oppa " she smiled at him
"I know .... But i want to "
She looked at him for a second then she nodded
"If that's what you want . Let's go upstairs we don't want to be late " she pulled his hands to walk towards the elevator
" sit down for a moment oppa , i'll just grab some things " she said pointing to the sofa in her livingroom
she took some time , it was almost an hour and namjoon is getting worried , she will just get a few clothes and nothing more
" hyejin ??" he called her name out
he stood up and decided to knock at her door
" hyejinah" he knocked a few times but still no answer , he can feel his heart beating so loudly
" hyejin , if you wont open the door i swear i will knock this down "
he's now knocking furiously , slamming the door woth his hands
" hyejin ! open the goddamn door !!" he sighed and looked for some keys in the drawers but he didnt see any
" fuck " he cursed under his breath he know that something is off , something is definitely off
he stepped back a little and counted to three

"three" he kicked the wooden door with all his might and it opened wide
he didn't saw any sign of hyejin but he heard the water running
he rushed to the bathroom and in his terror he saw hyejin laying unconscious on the floor with only her robe on . he saw some pills on her hands and she is plae
" fuck"
he rushed towards her and held her cold body because of the cold water running on to her
he reached for the knob and turned it off before reaching his phone he pressed one and it was his mom
" oh adeul .. wae gurae ??"
"mom !! CALL SOMEONE NOW ! MY FRIEND IS UNCOSCIOUS AND I THINK ITS BECAUSE OF OVERDOSE !! CALL THE CHOPPER NOW !! I WILL OPEN MY GPS AND BE HERE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN "
"o-o-oh ne ne ne , jamshik-ah !! fly the chopper to my son's location in an instant !! and tell our hospital to be ready , its a patient !!" he can still hear his mom ordering her secretary in a fast manner
he lift her up and rapped her on a towel
he looked at the pills on her hand and its a bottle of her prescriptive pills for her to sleephe closed his eyes and continued checking her if shes still breathing
he taps her repeatedly but she still dosen't respont
then he heard someone knocking
"sir !! sir!!! its us open the door !!!" he heard the familiar voice of his mom's secretary
so he laid hyejin down the sofa safely and run to the door to open it , the medical crew immediately attended to hyejin
" the hospital is ready for your arrival sir " his mom's secretary said
" made sure no one will know about this "
" yes sir "
" why are they taking too long ??" byul asked
5 hours already passed and all of them were in the resort except hyejin and namjoon
" let them be , they're bot an adult now " yongsun said
" wow unnie ... is that really you ?' wheein asked amused that it seems like byul and yong have exchange characters as of the moment
she is also nervous for some reason and she is itching to know where her bestfriend is
"calm down girls , maybe they decided to go somewhere before going here ?" hobi said
" hey hyung is calling me " taehyung waved his phone
" answer it palli, put it to speaker phone " wheein said to her boyfriend
" hyung " he answered
they all hear namjoon sigh
"im at a hospital " he said making everyone even jungkook and suga who were playing a game perked their ear at the news
"why the hell are you in a hospital kim namjoon ??" jin asked
" hyejin..." he said before sighing again
yongsun and byul stands up , byul snatches the phone from taehyung
" why ?? what happened to hyejin ??"
" she ... drink pills , alot of them , and thank god i was able to see her in an instant or else something might've happen
" oh god " wheein held her mouth stifling a sob
" we'll go there now " yongsun said ready to go
but wheeinstopped her
" stay here with everyone unnie , i will go , it's not good if you'll go there you are not well also" yong have a slight cold and its normal for her because it's in the changing season
"i'll go with you ,kaja " taehyung held her hands
" i promise to update you from time to time , byulie unnie , look after yong unnie " she said before leaving with taehyung
