Chapter 017

2 weeks had passed after the incident.

Yeah, the two had said sorry to each other, but they never talked again nor interacted, both minding their own business and ignoring each other.

Sora, Jungkook, and Mrs. Jung were still surprised by the fact that both Eunmi and Yeonjun can't remember what happened.

They just woke up with a headache, remembering that they were talking to each other and suddenly fainting. 

"Eunmi?" She looked up to her mom, raising her brows.

"Pack all of your things, we're moving to Busan."

"Also, your friends are coming with us too." Sora added making Eunmi perk up.

"Wait mom, really? They're coming with us? Why?"

Sora chuckled. "I guess they don't want to be apart from you anymore." Eunmi nodded enthusiastically before packing her things.

"Wait mom"

"Why are we moving though?"

Sora paused, looking at Eunmi's curious eyes. Clearing her throat. "Just"

Eunmi nodded reluctantly, not asking further questions as she continued to pack her things.

Time Skip - ( at the Choi's mansion in Busan )

"Woah I never knew that this house would be bigger than the one in Seoul." Beomgyu  mused, his eyes glimmering at the beauty of his surroundings.

"I know right." Kai agreed, breathless.

"Soobin!" Eunmi ran, tackling Soobin into a hug.

"Where's Beomgyu and Kai?"

"I don't know. They went here first. Maybe they got lost?" 

"Let go of me...Eunmi!" Beomgyu shouted as a bunch of guards were holding the two, finally letting go after they arrived in the living room.

"We got lost and then we asked them and then they dragged us!" Beomgyu pouted running behind Eunmi.

She chuckled, bowing at the guards as they did the same to her. "Come on, I'll show you your room."

They grabbed their bag one by one, and proceeded to follow her. Even the route to their room is long, which says so much about how big the house actually is.

"Hey Mia can I ask some—" The two widened their eyes at Kai, in shock at the name that slipped out.

"Mia?"

"Huh I said Eunmi-yah. Maybe you just didn't hear the 'Eun' " He scratched his head as Eunmi nodded and continued walking.

However, the two boys in his side was looking at him, their eyes still widened, making him whisper few 'sorrys' to them.

Beomgyu shut his eyes, turning his head to the floor, letting out a breathe. While Soobin ran his fingers through his hair, sighing.

"Uh I was just asking, Eunmi, where is your room?"

"Oh, in third floor. It kinda has my name near the door so you would know which one's mine." She answered shyly as the boy sent her an 'ok' sign.

"Anyways here's your guys' room! I'll leave you guys right here."

The boys smiled at her as they watch her leave, which immediately dropped as soon as she's gone.

Their heads snapped at Kai making him look at them apologetically. "I said I'm sorry, I'm really sorry, it slipped. It's an accident!"

"You should be careful, what if it accidentally triggers her memory to come back!" Beomgyu exclaimed while Kai just whispered multiple 'I knows' to him.

"It's fine Kai. You guys just unpack, she didn't notice, it will be fine." Soobin was rubbing his temples remembering that Sora clearly talked about them to not mention anything about Eunmi's past.

Unknown to them is Eunmi in the middle of the hall. Staring at the name tag in her hands, examining it.

She was supposed to go back to her room after leading the boys to their's, but the shiny object on the ground caught her attention in the midst of her walking.

Maybe one of the boys dropped it, maybe it is from the guards, maybe it belongs to the workers. She doesn't know.

"Mia Lee?"

"Wait didn't Kai called me Mia earlier?"

"But he said I just misheard it."

"But this is that name that suddenly showed up in the book, alongside Yeonjun's" She knitted her brows, as she ponder to herself.

After a long contemplation, she decided to bring it with her. Besides, what would even  go wrong if she keeps a mere name tag.
