Y/n: Come on~! Tell baby where Yongie is taking baby~!
You whined with a visible pout as he just smiled and continue driving.
TY: Ok, ok.. you're too cute...
You smiled.
TY: We're gonna spend the whole day together like the old times and do whatever we want...
You pout.
Y/n: Yongie's not answering the question~!
He chuckled.
TY: We don't have a specific destination baby...
You huffed and look out the window.
TY: Is baby mad at Yongie?
You stay quiet with an angry pout.
TY: I'll buy you ice cream...
You immediately turn to him with a smile.
Y/n: Really?!
He nods.
TY: Of course! Have Yongie ever lied to baby?
You shook your head.
TY: We're here!
He said as he parked the car.
Y/n: Where are we?
TY: At the mall.. let's go!
He exclaimed and got out which you followed right after. He held your hand and pulled you inside.
TY: Let's go in that shop!
He exclaimed, pointing at a store. The two of you went in and bought whatever you wanted.

Time passed and you've bought a couple of things with Taeyong's money. He didn't mind it since he was the one who insisted.
Y/n: Yongie~! I'm thirsty~!
You whined, clinging onto him even more as you looked at him with a pout and puppy eyes. He looked at you fondly before suggesting.
TY: Let's go to starbucks then...
You nod happily and both of you made your way to starbucks.
TY: Let's sit there...
He pointed to a table and you nod. You sat down and he put your things on the floor.
TY: What drink do you want?
Y/n: Mm.. I want Vanilla Cream Frappuccino and can you also get me a lemon meringue cheescake?
He nods.
TY: Wait here, ok?
He kiss your head before getting in line. You took out your phone and scroll through your social medias.

He soon came back and sat infront of you. You kept your phone and look at him.
TY: Here's your cake...
He said as he placed your slice of cake infront of you.
Y/n: Thank you~! What cake is that?
TY: Mine's a new menu, Lychee cheesecake...
You made an O shape with your mouth and nod.
Waiter: Order for Taeyong?!
TY: Oh! Our drinks are done..!
He got up and got your drinks before sitting back down.
TY: Here you go~!
He smiled, giving you your drink.
Y/n: Yay!
You happily drink your drink.
TY: Yummy?
You nod happily.
TY: I'm glad it is...

He chuckled at you comment and shook his head disbelieve. He's glad that you're smilling again. He watch you eat your cake as he slowly ate his.
Y/n: Where are we going after this?
You asked, focusing on your cake. After not getting an answer, you look up at him to see him staring at you, smilling.
Y/n: Yongie?
He came back to reality.
TY: Huh? Sorry what?
Y/n: Where are we going after this?
TY: Mm.. how about we go home and cuddle?
You smile and nod, approving the idea. Your phone rang and you answered it without looking at who called.
Y/n: Hello?
??: You really are a slut, huh?
You looked at the caller id before putting it back to your ear.
Y/n: What do you want?
??: I just broke up with you and you're already out with someone else...
Y/n: Listen Eric, what I do with my life isn't your concern.. we broke up already so I can go out with whoever I want, whenever I want...
Before he could say anything, you ended the call and blocked his number.
TY: What does he want?
Y/n: He-
Eric: You bitch!
This caught everyone's attention. He stomp towards both your tables and towered over you. This made Taeyong alarmed, so he stood up and pushed your ex away, standing infront of you to protect you.
TY: What do you want?!
Eric: Stay out of this pimp-squeek..!
TY: Nu-uh! If I did, only god knows what would happen!
Eric: This doesn't concern you!
TY: Yes it does! What are you gonna do when I move? Are you gonna hit her again like how you always do when you guys were together? Insult her? Huh?!
Y/n: Yongie..! Everyone's looking..!
You said, grabbing his hand.
TY: Leave...
Eric: And if I don't want to?
TY: Are you testing me?
He asked getting closer to your ex while you stood up and held him back.
TY: I'm gonna say this again.. leave...
Eric looks at you before glaring at Taeyong and left.
Y/n: Yongie, let's leave too...
Taeyong nodded and grabbed both your unfinished drinks and thing before leaving. Both of you got in the car and he drove back to your place.

TY: Are you ok?
He asked. Both of you in your bed, cuddling one another. You hummed in response.
TY: Just know i'm always here for you, ok? He can't hurt you as long as i'm alive...
You smiled.
Y/n: Thank you, Yongie...
He hums. 
TY: Anything for my baby...
He said, kissing the crown of your head.
Y/n: I have a question...
TY: What is it?
Y/n: I've been in different relationships before but never once had you been in a relationship.. can I know why?
TY: Because i'm too scared to confess to the girl that I love so much...
Y/n: Why?
TY: She's very precious to me and I don't ever want to lose her.. ever.. I want to protect her and be by her side even if i'm just her friend...
Y/n: Who is that girl?
TY: Secret~!
Y/n: Do I know her?

He sighed.

Y/n: You should really confess to her before it's too late...

TY: It will.. but seeing her happy, healthy and by my side is better than seeing her happy without me...
Y/n: You're happy just by having her by your side?
He nods.

Y/n: She's really lucky to have you...
TY: Hm, and i'm lucky to have her...
Y/n: But how would you know if she doesn't feel the same way as you do?
TY: That's a risk that i'm not willing to take...

TY: Like I said.. if I told her and she doesn't feel the same, it'll be awkward between us and we'll end up being distant and the next thing you know.. she's not by my side anymore...
Y/n: Oh then wouldn't that be her loss?
TY: What do you mean?
Y/n: Think about it.. you said you've been with her almost her whole life, am I right?
Taeyong nods with a hum.
Y/n: And you've been with her through her ups and downs, correct?
TY: I mean, yea...
Y/n: You're a great friend and the fact that she would leave just because of your feelings, then that's her loss since she lost an amazing person like you...

TY: Maybe I will confess but not now...

You said as you look up at him with a sweet smile. He looks at you and reciprocate the smile.
TY: Let's sleep...
You nod and slowly drift off to sleep.

He kissed the crown of your head with a smile.
TY: I'll protect you no matter what happens.. my baby...
He sigh.
TY: It's a shame I couldn't confess to you...
He chuckled bitterly.
