"alright don't go anywhere we'll tell you once we start!" steve said. y/n laid down on the grass. there was a trail of ants on the cement. she took out a piece of candy from her pocket and crushed it into crumbs. the ants picked up the crumbs. "how are you guys strong?" y/n questioned the ants. " yeah, they're so small yet strong." yelena said, laying down beside y/n. "so how did you become an avenger y/n?" yelena asked. "well i'll have to start 2 years before i turned 18." y/n said. "that's alright, since the red room i liked listening to peoples normal life stories." yelena said smiling. "well my parents kicked me out at 16, so i was homeless, it wasn't easy being a 16-year-old girl living in alleys. i had to learn how to defence myself. when i was 18, i was walking around at night, and there was this group of drunk men, like five of them and they were big. they followed me down the alley where i was staying. they pushed me on the floor, two of them held my arms down and the other two spread my legs and held them down. then the other one r*ped me and they took turns." y/n said with her eyes tearing up. "i'm so sorry, they're pathetic assholes, we should find them and make them pay." yelena said patting y/no back. yelena didn't really know how to show affection. "i know, one day i will. and once they were done, i laid there stiff. they kicked me to check of i was alive, but i didn't move i was still traumatised and they thought i was dead and ran away, and then a cat crawled under my coat and buried her head in my chest, i guess she knew i was hurting, i went to a hospital the next day because i was in pain like hell. that's where Fury found me, he asked me "how would you like a chance at a new life?" and that's my story, oh and the cat lives here now with me, her name is keeks." y/n said. "wow that's quite a story, i've never heard one like that from someone else." yelena said. "looks like thor is back, we should head back." y/n said grabbing yelenas hand helping her up. they went back inside and keeks came running, jumping on her shoulder. they played the game. y/n one, first time she one. steve decided to make a welcome barbecue for yelena. "hey meanwhile they cook wanna see my room?" y/n asked yelena. "sure why not" yelena said while y/n dragged her upstairs. "hey, looks like yelena and y/n are hitting it off." nay said smiling. "yeah they're really hitting it off." sam said nudging buckys arm. "shutup they're just developing a good friendship." bucky said crossing his arms. "that's what you said with y/n's last girlfriend." sam said laughing. bucky was protective of y/n, she was like his little sister but he was happy she was making a friend, she seemed to be happy as long as she was happy, he was.
