Y/N goldberg falls for a varsity boy and who is that you may ask? None other than the Rick Riley, popular, jock, cute and gets all the girls but why would he choose her?
As I turn around I see Rick Riley, he is wearing a plain white shirt and a pair of dark blue jeans. He opens his mouth then almost immediately closes it and scratches the back of his neck. " so um...I've been wondering if you would kinda like to go on a date?" As I open my mouth to answer he cuts me off " but I've got to go back for practice so here's my number and take your time" he says as he walks off. I smirk at the piece of paper that has his number and a tiny smiley face right next to it. As I walk to my house I can't help but smile at the letter, just the thought of it gives me butterflies. I go inside and head upstairs to my room to get a start on my homework. After I finished all of my homework which took 30 minutes yet it felt like hours I decided to message Rick. How do I reply??? I mean a simple yes would be fine but that's just too easy. Ummm….maybe" hey rick its y/n and I'd love to." No, that's too formal!! Okay maybe a "I'd love to- yours truly y/n" hmm idk man that seems good but that seems very old fashioned. Ehh he'll live, send! I let out a loud sigh and put my phone to charge while I head to the shower. After I'm done I change into some pajamas

Rick: It's a date, I'll pick you up tomorrow at 6?
You: it's a date

I decide to get out of my room and see I'd my parents are home, nope they are likely leaving the bakery right now. Since greg is staying over at Avermans house(I cant bring myself to call him lester) I have the whole house to myself!! I go back into my room and turn on Netflix. I decide to watch fear street 1994 again( go watch it now). About 15 mins into the movie I get a message from adam.

You: Aww thank you!! I owe you! *end of text* I hear the door open and my parents are at the door holding a box of papa johns pizza. Its 7:08 meaning Julie and Connie should be here soon. My parents head to their room to rest and relax. At 7:13 they both come inside and head up to my room while Julie holds the pizza and Connie grabs the soda. We stay up until 2 a.m watching fear street and gossiping about each others love lives. After a while we all got tired and decided to sleep because we have school tomorrow.
When I woke up Julie and Connie were still knocked out so I decided to change and get ready (

I decide to wake up Julie and Connie, while they get ready I make breakfast which is just some eggs. After breakfast we brush our teeth/hair.
As we arrive at school I meet up with Luis and ask him how things are going with mindy. Which he proudly responded "ahh well I have a date with her for later tonight: follower with a wink. Usually I dont get happy for first period but now that Rick's there, it's not so bad. School went by extremely fast and I was extremely nervous for the date. After hockey practice I went to the locker room and I saw rick holding a bouquet of daisies. After I got changed he walked me home and waited in the living room til i was done getting ready. Once I was done we went into his car which was royal blue and stunning.
