Its a cold afternoon in New York, school has just ended and the young girl Sincere walking out the school with her best friend Claudia. Claudia and Sincere were inseparable, they've been best friends since kindergarten and nobody has ever been able to tear them apart no matter how hard they tried. "I'm so tired" Claudia says walking on the snowy path "who isn't?" Sincere says in a sarcastic tone, Claudia chuckles.
"Here I'll walk you home " Sincere says and Claudia just gives her a nod. As they're walking they notice that theres construction on the road and theres no one allowed to walk there. They both groan "Does that mean we'll have to take a shortcut?" Sincere frowns "I guess so" Claudia says also frowning. Both of the girls walk down an ally way, also know as the "safest" shortcut in New York. As they walk through they hear a can get kicked behind which spooks them a little. "Where ya headin girls?" A deep voice is heard behind them, "keep walking." Sincere says grabbing Claudias hand.
The girls walk faster, The man voice gets annoyed "I said where are you heading girls?!" They keep walking. The guys speed walks to them and grabs Claudias dyed blonde curly fro. Which makes her scream "let go of her!" She yells at the man, he reeks of a booze. "Yeah? Or what." The guys says staring at her "You know you look very familiar..." He speaks again. "I don't know you."Sincere says in a low tone and pushes the man off of Claudia.
They finally walk out the ally and let out a big sigh "are you alright?" Sincere says cupping Claudias face with her black fuzzy gloves "I'm alright that was just frightening" She says with a soft smile and they continue walking. "I dont think you should go home alone after that" Claudia said worrying "I'll be alright" Sincere says still walking. As she's walking she stops hearing other footsteps "Claudia?" she looks behind her. There lies Claudias unconscious body
