Vanitas no Suki
Paris, late 19th century. Vanitas is a human who works as a doctor for vampires and wishes to save them. He uses a magical book called The Vanitas Grimoire to dispel an evil curse that corrupts vampires and turns them into blood-sucking monsters. But...this very same book is rumoured to be the cursed tome that gives birth to vampires on nights when the blue moon is full. Noe is a vampire on the hunt for The Grimoire. Who, really, is Dr Vanitas? What are the secrets that he holds, and what fate do those secrets spell for the vampire species?

Review I have countless of bookmarked website that has some recommendations in it and thus i found book of vanitas or vanitas no suki.
Thb, I thought this is some sort of boys love or it has that at some point. That's why my heart dropped when I realized that it's not. And damn, i have this weird feeling of anxiety (not in a bad way) whenever I see Vanitas and Noel interaction and I just want to ask them badly if theirs something going on between them without my knowledge but that's not the case!!
THIS IS NOT A BL AND THAT'S THE PROBLEM!!
Anyway. I haven't read some manga for quite awhile now and this is the recent one that I found aside from those that I've been following the update for.
I think it was released sometime ago already and the anime adaptation was just release recently there's currently four episodes as of today (073021).
Now let me talk about the overall progress of the story. It's really interesting, it's somewhat matched the vampire knights but the vk has more complex story line than the book of vanitas. Vanitas story is not something that the reading should put too much critical thinking on figuring things in there. It have that enough level of mystery that will keep the readers on wonder. Its has a touch of crimes-solving but it's just enough to make things cool not like detective conan.
I just hope you'll read this one coz i feel really triggered with noel and Vanitas relationship and I can't just accept it that I'm the only one having this complicated feeling. Well, it seems like a platonic love but still
