Wow. Today is my first day. I'm so nervous, but I'm so excited. I better text Naomi, I know she will help calm my nerves. Okay, we just pulled in. Here we go, we're about to meet my teammates and Mrs. Debbie; my coach.
There are five other people: Bri, Payton, Kata, Alaina, and Chavelle. Bri is about six years old with short brown hair. Payton is about eight years old with short, curly blonde hair. Kata is also about eight, with short brown hair like Bri's. Alaina is about ten years old with short, wavy dirty blonde hair. Chavelle is about nine with long, wavy brown hair. I am eleven with long wavy brown hair.
First we start off with basic twirls. That includes, horizontals, big figure eights, little figure eights and slippery slides. Everybody did pretty well. After that we had a few more lessons and then we started practicing for our competition in Leesburg. We picked the style of our costume which had fringe around it. Chavelle and Kata's costumes are purple, Payton and Bri's costumes are blue, and Alaina and my costumes are green.
