Prologue - What Once Was

A love story like no other...

In which an Omega falls for the Alpha he lived in the same village with, and they live out a dream life. Seonghwa and Yunho met one another when they were just two silly teenagers living in the same village. Seonghwa's mother was a local baker and his father was head Alpha of the pack, and the village as a whole. Yunho's father was one of Mr Park's closest friends and was actually second in command if anything did ever happen to their beloved head Alpha.

And his mother worked in the farm nearby, taking care of the animals.

Yunho was a very loud and bubbly Alpha considering his status, his father often wanted him to be a stern and frightening male but Yunho just wanted to make people happy! He never had much of a care for being a hunter and following in his fathers footsteps, he wanted to be a family man who took care of his kids when he did find the one.

And when he was about 16, he was just messing around with one of his friends when all of a sudden his nose was swarmed with the overwhelming scent of lavender and when his head lifted he locked eyes with the most stunning person he had ever seen in his entire life.

Park Seonghwa.

He'd heard stories of him, most of the other Alpha's had a crush on him and lots of the girls in the village envied his femininity. He was like nothing anyone had ever seen.

He had some masculine features like his chiselled jawline that could practically slice anyone's finger if they dared touch it, and his eyebrows that gave him a slightly intense demeanour but then had the most beautiful eyes that you felt yourself drowning in whenever you looked into them, and the softest most kissable lips anyone had ever seen on a boy. Not to mention his figure...

Those hips, that tiny waist... Yunho felt himself drooling over him when the Omega walked past and threw a wink his direction and he almost fainted.

He'd started noticing Seonghwa a lot after that, and the older started taking more attention to the Alpha too...

Until one day, when Yunho was keeping an eye on the pups in the nursery for his baby who worked there; a friendly face payed a visit and Yunho was very excited.

"O-Oh hi!" He stuttered nervously, approaching the older with a timid smile, "I'm Yunho, are you here for someone?"

"Park Sonhee?" He asked politely, his voice was like silk and Yunho's legs went weak as he took a quick glance in the registry book and then noticed the name of the three year old.

"Ah yes! Is she yours?" Yunho asked him curiously, causing Seonghwa to laugh adorably.

"As if! She's my little sister. My mom sent me to come and get her early because she wants to give her some training, I'm not sure what for exactly since she's only three." Seonghwa explained while laughing, walking over to the small play area and his sister immediately spotted him and squeaked while toddling over to him.

Her light hair was tied back into two pigtails with pink butterfly hair ties holding it in place, "Hi Sunny! Are you ready to come with big brother?"

She squealed and did grabby hands to him, so he carefully lifted her out and then smiled, turning to Yunho who was staring in pure adoration at him before noticing the olders eyes and he snapped out of his daze.

"She really loves you huh?"

"Oh yeah, ever since she was born she favoured me to my mom and dad." Seonghwa giggled, Yunho smiled as Sonhee began to paw at Seonghwa's face while drooling happily, "Well, I best get going now."
