(The chapters from before are going to be more into the future of this part and maybe the next)

A traveler and their companion wandering through the woods, you can hear the higher pitched voice of the companion until she looks ahead.

The traveler confused looked the same way hurrying behind a tree.

In front of them was a dragon, but the traveler kept their eyes on the boy standing infront of the dragon, amazed by how docile the dragon is towards the boy.
But seconds pass and the elemental energy he had 'borrowed' from the statue lit up his hands disturbing the dragon. The boy looks around yelling "who's there?!"
Before disappearing.

The traveler was astonished but quickly hid due to his companions words "Hide!" As so he did.

The travelers companion looks at him putting her hands on her hips as the traveler was, daydreaming? His companion started to get furious they were nearing the exit of the woods. "Aether!" The traveler looked at his companion quickly snapping out of the world in his head.
"Yes Paimon what?"
"You've been daydreaming this whole time!" Said the furiously angry emergency food.
"Oh, Heh.."

Aether looked around just in time to see a quick flash of red, he grabbed his companion quickly and the red emerged from the side of the woods.
"Outrider Amber reporting for duty!"
Amber looked at the two examining  them.
"You don't look like you're around here, what is your business in Teyvat?"

--Paimon explains why they are there and Aether's story--

"Oh.. Well let me take you to Mondstadt! I'll take you to the knights so they can help look for your sister!" Amber said holding her hand out, Aether smiled at her enthusiasm and took her hand walking to Mondstadt.

Aether jumped into the air using his glider as soon as Davalin swooped down he remembered that boy in the woods was talking to the same dragon, was he planning to have the dragon attack?
Aether when higher into the sky hearing a boys voice "I will keep you in the air as long as possible, drive Davalin away from Mondstadt"

He must've been imagining things, but he did as the voice said.

After driving Davalin away people were celebrating him calling him "Hero of Mondstadt" he enjoyed the attention but he had no time as he needed to talk to the knights.

Aether walked out of the knights building walking to the statue in the plaza, he heard amazing sounds coming from there and that's when he saw the boy again.

He walked over to the crowed listening to his amazing tunes on the lyre.
The music stopped a little after and as soon as  everyone else left, Aether walked up to the boy.
He looked up at him and said
"You're the one that scared Davalin off"
It was the same voice he heard in the sky so Aether couldn't resist asking,
"How did you keep me afloat in the sky?"
The boy looks at him and goes "Ehe".
'why did that make Paimon mad?' The traveler had thought. Aether looked at the boy again.
"Who are you?"
The boy looked at him and said,
"I'm Venti the bard!" He had started humming looking around.
Paimon had enough and stomped her foot mid-air.
"Paimon was expecting a 'ehe'"
The bard looked at paimon laughing a bit, those words almost made Paimon go full Paimon on him, Aether laughed a bit and got knocked on the head.

The traveler rubbing his head asked the bard another same question and he answered not so greatly.
"Anemo god huh? Why would you say I'm the anemo god? I have proof I'm not!"
Venti smiled showing them his vision thinking that'd satisfy them but they looked at him with faces he did not expect.
"I can tell you're lying" Aether said, Venti now noticing his braids are glowing, he tries to look away
"Well what are you doing here in Mondstadt and why do you need to know?" Paimon rolled her eyes explaining exactly what she told Amber.

.
"So you're telling em you're looking for the anemo archon?" Venti asked and Aether nodded.
Venti felt some type of joy arise in his body and he whispers to the traveler "well you're in luck because the archon himself is right here"
Aether look at him with an annoyed face "You could've told us a bit ago and saved the hassle of embarrassing yourself" Aether said.
Venti feels as if he had just been shot with the arrow of truth putting his hand over his heart, ouch.

Venti looks at the traveler and his companion just thinking about what he said, the truth must've hurt the travelers adventuring spirit when he saw the look on his face,
It ached his heart to see him lose some sort of hope.
Aether was taking in what he just heard and thought he'd forgive the bard of not remembering much but telling what he can remember.

Venti wanted to reassure the traveler but thought he had done enough damage, after thinking of that conclusion he decided to bring the traveler to his favorite spot in windrise
